Lisa Hochstein’s ex-husband has been active in a completely different field

Compared to Lisa Hochstein, Leonard Hochstein did not build a career on television. He has been a plastic surgeon since 1998 and completed his higher studies from the Louisiana State University Medical Center. He spent his childhood in Russia. He joined Parkland Memorial Hospital after acquiring his medical degree and underwent training in general and trauma surgery. He has also been an expert in breast surgery and appeared on shows like Miami Slice.

Leonard Hochstein has performed surgeries on Playboy models like Heidi Mark, as stated in the biography on his LinkedIn profile. Leonard has performed other surgeries, including facelift, rhinoplasty, and liposuction. Mommy Makeover is another one of his famous procedures that can be taken by those women who have given birth to a child and want to regain the figure they had before pregnancy. 

Leonard has also launched a medical spa called Hochstein Medspa, providing the best treatments to anyone with the help of technology. Moreover, he has been associated with the American Board of Medical Specialties, Miami Society of Plastic Surgeons, and Millard Society as a member for a long time.

Lisa Hochstein and Leonard Hochstein were married for almost 15 years

Although details on their first meeting remain unknown, Lisa Hochstein and Leonard Hochstein reportedly started dating in 2007. The details were shared by the former in an Instagram post in 2018, featuring glimpses of their wedding. Lisa wrote in the caption that she came to Miami two months after she and Leonard went on their first date. The duo got engaged in 2008 and tied the knot a year later in 2009.

While they were together, Lisa Hochstein and Leonard Hochstein were spotted together on various occasions, including the 2010 Super Bowl. The former couple separated for some time in 2013 when Lisa was struggling with her fertility issues and was unable to have a child. However, the pair opted for surrogacy and had a son named Logan in 2015. Four years later, they had another child, Elle Marie, in 2019.

Reports of Lisa and Leonard’s divorce first emerged in May 2022. The rumours started with both of them entering a nightclub separately, and Leonard was reportedly accompanied by a model named Katharina Mazepa. A representative for Lisa confirmed the split in the same month while speaking to PEOPLE. The legal documents of the divorce filed by Leonard in May 2022 revealed that the split was due to irreconcilable differences. The divorce was settled in 2024, with Leonard being told to provide child support of USD 15,000 to Lisa.
