Brazilian content creator, Tamyris Teixeira Santos passed away at the age of 36. According to a local Brazilian outlet, Tamyris Teixeira Santos has been reported missing since April 18, 2026.

The content creator was reportedly last spotted at a beach with her friends, and on April 22, 2026, it has been reported that she was found dead at the Botafogo Beach on April 22, 2026. Tamyris Teixeira Santos' mom had questioned the circumstances surrounding her daughter's death.

Tamyris Teixeira Santos passed away after being missing for the last three days

As per a report by G1, Tamyris Teixeira Santos was found dead at the Botafogo Beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on April 22, 2026, and it was the following day that her relatives identified her body. It was on April 18, 2026, when Tamyris, who was with her friends at Leblon Beach, left for swimming around 5 PM (local time). As per the report, after she went swimming, she didn't return.

What exactly happened to Tamyris Teixeira Santos?

Influencer, Tamyris Teixeira Santos' family has been informed about her disappearance, and following this, the beach staff also informed her family that her belongings were right there. To mention, she was last seen in Leblon Beach, which was a few miles away from where her body was found. As per the fire officials, they didn't receive any rescue call on the day the Brazilian influencer went missing, and the sea condition was good. While G1 also reported that the eyewitnesses revealed that the friend group which was out there with Tamyris Teixeira Santos was consuming alcoholic beverages throughout the afternoon.

The news of Tamyris Teixeira Santos' passing came as a shock to her family members. As per G1, her mom has questioned the circumstances around her daughter's death. According to Tamyris Teixeira Santos' mom, the influencer said that she was going there and how she could never return, given the fact that the beach was crowded only and thus, there remain questions about the influencer's drowning. As per her mom:

"She said she was going over there and didn't come back. The beach was packed. There's no way someone could drown on a crowded beach!"

Tamyris Teixeira Santos' last post was from 11 days back, before she passed away

Tamyris Teixeira Santos was known for her lifestyle content on social media, and she had more than 18K followers on Instagram, where she would often connect with her fans through her posts, which showed tidbits of her life. For the last few weeks, she had been posting glimpses from her Leblon Beach trip. Her last post was from April 13, 2026, where she was seen donning a black-toned swimsuit.

Her friends and fans have been commenting on the post, no sooner than the report about her passing hit the headlines, demanding a deep investigation into this case. One of her friends also took to the comment section to say that she had spoken to the influencer only 24 hours ago. She called the late influencer a loyal friend and poured her heart out while speaking about the loss, which is unfathomable.
