"We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will." - Chuck Palahniuk. Every person leaves a legacy behind him/her, which helps their loved ones to deal and live with the void and the pain left behind. Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi (MAK), just like his father, Iftikhar Ali Khan, had left behind a legacy that his children, Saif Ali Khan, Saba Ali Khan and Soha Ali Khan are beautifully carrying forward. If there was one cricketer back then, who had impressed everyone with his strokes and moves which not many would have imagined on-field in those days, then it has to be Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. There wasn’t, isn’t and will never be a cricketer like MAK! (Also Read: Saif Ali Khan's Reaction When A Cricketer Thought Mansoor Ali Khan Was Lying About Visual Impairment)

Born with a silver spoon, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi was a pioneering figure in India's rich cricketing heritage. As of November 2015, MAK was the youngest Indian Test captain and second youngest International Test captain worldwide. He was not only the Nawab of Pataudi, but the Nawab of cricket too! MAK was born in Bhopal to a renowned cricketer, Iftikhar Ali Khan and the Begum of Bhopal, Sajida Sultan. In August 2011, he was admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi, with an acute lung infection caused by chronic interstitial lung disease, and on September 22, 2011, he had taken his last breath due to respiratory failure.
