In the glamour world, when two people work together and their on-screen camaraderie becomes a hit, their fans instantly tag them as a couple. The credit of their effortless on-screen performance goes to their off-screen relationship and so they start trending as a couple with a number of hashtags attached to them. Avika Gor, best known as Anandi from the 2008 show, Balika Vadhu had become a household name for her predominant works in Tollywood and Hindi television shows. Post Balika Vadhu, she had made a way into our hearts as Roli Siddhant Bharadwaj in Sasural Simar Ka. And along with the show, Avika Gor’s on-screen pair with Manish Raisinghan had become the talk of the town. Rumours about the two being head-over-heels in love with one another had made its way to the headlines. But the two had always denied the same and the rumours were put to rest when Manish had announced the news of his wedding with actress, Sangeita Chauhaan. On June 30, 2020, Manish and Sangeita had tied the knot at a Gurudwara and a few months back, Avika had made her relationship official with Roadies fame, Milind Chandwani.
In an interview with The Times of India, Manish Raisinghan shared his happiness over Avika finding love in Milind and revealed how the two are completely opposite to each other. In his words, “I am happy for her. I have known Milind even before the two started dating each other. Avika had introduced me to Milind when they were just friends. I am happy for Avika because Milind is completely opposite of her, and that brings a balance. Like between Sangeita and me, I am the one who is full of energy while Sangeita is the quieter one, similarly Avika is a live wire and Milind balances her with his quiet and calm nature. Milind is also a wonderful human being.”
Manish also talked about his linkup rumours with Avika and revealed how Sangeita too mistook him when they had started dating. Expressing how the link up rumours had affected him earlier, he stated, “When I started seeing Sangeita, she also mistook us to be a couple and I had to clarify how we were just good friends. She had also commented on our chemistry and felt that it was difficult for anyone to not mistake us for a couple. But I told Sangeita that there was nothing beyond friendship with Avika. Even after I have got married, people continue to link us; earlier it affected me, but now I just ignore it.” (Also Read: Bigg Boss 14: Sonali Phogat Proposes Aly Goni, His GF, Jasmin Bhasin Says, 'We Treat Her Like A Mom')
For the unversed, Avika had introduced her beau and had made their relationship official on social media a few months ago by posting a picture from their Goa vacation. Avika had captioned her post as “La vie en rose. My prayers have been answered. I have found the love of my life! (Shiroo ke alava) This kind human is mine. And I’m his.. forever.. We all deserve a partner that understands us, believes in us, inspires us, helps us grow & truly cares for us. But, most of us feel that it's impossible to find such a partner. So, it feels like a dream, but it’s real! So so so real! I pray for all of you.”
Clarifying that marriage is not on the cards anytime soon and thanking her beau, Milind Chandwani for completing her, Avika Gor had continued, “I want u all to feel what I’m feeling today.. Utmost joy.. Abundance of love.. My heart is so full and the feeling is precious. I thank God for giving me this experience that’s going to be most important chapter of my life... Haha... Nahi nahi, not getting married or anything so soon... Lekin “log kya kahenge” waale thoughts toh ab jaa chuke hai.. isiliye is pyaar ke baare mein khule aam batana chahti thi.. I feel so blessed that I feel this emotion right now for someone who entered my life with the intention of just making me smile.. Today I can proudly say that this idiot is making my heart smile.. Ufff ... challo itne paise mein itna hi milega isse zayada tareef karungi toh Mr. Chandwani chand tak udega.. Well, I’m aware yeh kaafi ganda joke tha, but pura credit goes to his sense of humour! Like they say “sangat ka asar” Challo jao sab khush raho ab. I love you from the bottom of my heart. Thanks for completing me. @milindchandwani.” (Also Read: Newlyweds Neha Kakkar And Rohanpreet Singh Celebrate Their First Lohri, Her 'Chooda' Steals The Show)
