The controversy around JPMorgan executive Lorna Hajdini has grabbed national headlines over a former junior employee's disturbing allegations against her in an April 2026 lawsuit filed in New York. The 37-year-old senior finance executive was accused of sexual harassment and coercion, among other things. However, not everyone is convinced by the allegations, including popular podcaster Joe Rogan.
In the lawsuit filed on April 30, 2026, under the pseudonym 'John Doe', the 37-year-old senior finance executive at JPMorgan Chase was accused of sexual harassment, racial discrimination, coercion, and drugging a junior male colleague. The accuser was later identified as Chirayu Rana, a former banker in her division. While the claims initially gained major traction, emerging details soon began shifting public sentiment.

Several industry insiders and experts have since spoken up about the complaints, including JPM itself, which has dismissed the claims as having "no merit." Addressing the situation on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, the host didn't hold back while reacting to the claims. In a new episode alongside comedian Shane Gillis, the podcast giant reacted to the JPMorgan scandal, bluntly saying:
"They said that lady, Lorna Hajdini, forced a guy to f*ck her at JPMorgan... It was a scam. It was fake... It wasn’t real. He just claimed that she said all these things."

Rogan's guest, Shane Gillis, also weighed in on the matter, confirming whether the accuser was Indian, as he sounded like an "Indian guy", adding that the claims in the lawsuit sounded like they were written by "the horniest guy ever." In the now-retracted lawsuit, Hajdini was accused of forcing the male employee into sexual acts, including performing oral sex and engaging in other explicit conduct without his consent.

The case against Hajdini, which accused her of sexual harassment and abuse, was recently withdrawn for “corrections” amid conflicting accounts from the accuser and insiders, raising further doubts about the claims’ credibility. The lawsuit alleged she offered promotions in exchange for sexual favors. However, JPMorgan Chase said its internal investigation found no evidence and dismissed the allegations as without merit. Industry experts and insiders like New York Times' bestselling author John LeFevre publicly voiced their support for Hajdini, vouching for her innocence. LeFevre, who was initially skeptical about the lawsuit, later said:
"I would wager any amount of money that this JP Morgan woman is 1000% innocent and now she's having her life ruined by some failed banker turned scammer."
Lorna Hajdini is regarded as a top performer with a strong reputation. Her lawyer stated she never engaged in misconduct and was not present at the alleged incident location. Reports have also noted that the accuser did not directly report to Hajdini, raising doubts about claims that she could influence his promotions. JPMorgan further stated that while Hajdini cooperated fully with the internal probe, the accuser allegedly did not. Despite the growing backlash, the accuser’s legal team insists there is supporting evidence and maintains the claims are valid.
With new insights and commentary from popular personalities, opinions have been divided about the complaints raised against Lorna Hajdini. What's your take on the scandal?
