The clip allegedly showed Lewis wanting to end things with Kim, alleging that she never "loved or respected" him.
In the clip, Lewis allegedly claimed that he had been "vegan for 9 years, but she repeatedly tempted him to give it up, nearly breaking his streak before he called off the relationship." While many fans believed the clip and immediately started commenting on Kim's behavior, it was soon confirmed that Lewis has not made any such statement. On the contrary, sources close to the couple have shared insights into their bond and revealed that they are going strong.

In a recent conversation, a source close to the couple told Heat World that Lewis and Kim are going strong. In fact, if Kim ever asks for something, Lewis makes sure she gets it one way or the other. The source added that many people are "pretty shocked because this is not his style at all; usually he's very aloof with women." According to the source, Lewis mostly acts like "he can take it or leave it", but with Kim it's different; he's completely under her spell.
The source further revealed that the SKIMS founder loves being treated like a princess, and she absolutely cherishes it. The source even pointed to how Kanye West would treat her the same way when things were good between them. However, while what she had with Ye died, her bond with Lewis is like a breath of fresh air. The source added:
"Kanye used to treat her this way back in the day when things were good between them, and it's one of the reasons she fell in love with him so hard. But that all died after they got married, and it flipped around, and she was always the one, always pretzeling herself to try and make him happy. So, it is definitely a breath of fresh air to have a man treating her like a prize again, and not just any man, one of the hottest men in the world, or at least that's how she sees him."
The source further revealed how thoughtful Lewis is, always showing up with a gift for Kim and even her kids. The source pointed out that even Kim is fawning over him as he treats her right and would "drop everything to be with her and do whatever it takes to make her smile; it's been a huge boost for her confidence." The source even pointed out that Lewis has been consistent and said:
"When they aren't together, he's very consistent about texting her and staying in touch every day. Most nights he'll video call and talk to her until she falls asleep, and then every morning, she'll wake up to the sweetest messages from him. She says she's blown away by how attentive he is. At first, she was worried it was all a little too good to be true, and she couldn't help but be afraid that he was going to leave her heartbroken, but it's been more than six months now, and if anything, he's gotten even more adoring."
