Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky just got a lot busier as they are now responsible for a newborn baby. The couple, who got engaged on April 1, 2024, are now parents to a little angel. After the happy news broke, Gaga and Michael were spotted with their first child in Marin County, Northern California. In photos obtained and shared by Page Six, the couple was seen casually strolling in Northern California with the new addition to their family.
Both Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky were in casual clothes, and she was seen holding the infant close to her chest, wrapped in a cloth tied around her neck. The singer wore black sunglasses, while her fiancé, who was walking in front of her, accessorized with a hat. The couple was also accompanied by another individual during their family outing. She was likely there to help care for the baby and shield them from excessive public attention.
During the family outing, Lady Gaga wore a cute grey top pyjama set with an oversized brown coat. The new mom ditched her signature heels as expected and opted for plain, comfortable black shoes. Michael was seen in his home clothes, sporting a hoodie, shorts, and flip-flops. The Born This Way singer appeared to keep a protective hand over the newborn as the family made their way down the street.

Lady Gaga, 40 and Michael Polansky, 42 went MIA following the end of her Mayhem Ball world tour in April 2026. Recently, an insider told the Daily Mail that people close to the singer believe she and her lover may have slipped away for a private wedding and honeymoon. However, just a couple of days later, news broke that they had become parents- which explains why they had been out of touch for the past few months.
Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky kept the entire pregnancy and childbirth under wraps, and the news became public only after Page Six reported on the arrival of their little one. No further information has been released regarding the baby, including its name, gender, or exact date of birth.
Although the Die With A Smile singer made sure to keep her life update under wraps until her baby was born, she dropped a major hint about it a few months ago, in November 2025, by calling motherhood her "next starring role" on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. She also made similar statements in her interviews with media outlets around that time.
Lady Gaga has long held the wish to be a mother and weighed in on how it might fit into her life someday. The Poker Face singer beamed with joy as she shared her plans for what kind of mother she wanted to be. Gaga said she thought a lot about motherhood and concluded that she wanted to be the parent who gives her kid space to grow by themselves.
