It was on September 29, 2017, when Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu had welcomed their little bundle of joy, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu into their lives. Since Inaaya was born on the ninth day of Navaratri, it was a conscious decision of her parents, Soha and Kunal to add Naumi in her name. On Children’s Day 2017, the proud parents had treated their fans with the first picture of their darling daughter, Inaaya and it had melted our hearts. Since then, Kunal and Soha keep sharing adorable moments with their little princess, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu.
On August 15, 2020, when the nation was celebrating the 74th Independence Day, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu enjoyed the patriotic day with her parents. Kunal Kemmu took to his IG handle and shared an adorable picture of Inaaya in her mommy’s arms. In the picture, Inaaya was seen holding the national flag in her hand while daddy, Kunal clicked the picture. Along with the picture, Kunal penned a note explaining the meaning of freedom. He began his note by explaining the new meaning of freedom and wrote, “All these years we celebrated Independence Day and celebrated our freedom, fought for bravely and selflessly by our forefathers. Even though we knew what it would mean to not have freedom we never understood what it meant, until now. Freedom has a new meaning and it means so much more today as we as a country as a world and as a species fight this virus.”
With a positive attitude to win our fight against the COVID -19 pandemic, Kunal continued, “We are no longer free to do anything and everything we please. A simple trip to the cinema hall or the gym is out of the question. It is a battle that we all are in together and the COVID19 frontline warriors are leading this fight for months now selflessly and fiercely. I am positive that we will win this fight soon. My only hope is that we enter the new world with a sense of a better understanding and compassion. We need to learn to be thankful for what we have. Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu’s life had taken a complete U-turn with the arrival of their little munchkin, Inaaya. As per the reports of the Deccan Chronicle, Kunal had stated that he and Soha became different people after the birth of Inaaya and are still learning the dos and don’ts of parenting. Adding further he had said that earlier they would just spend the whole day watching television but now, things are different. He had also retorted, “Now at times, I have to wait to talk to Soha because I knew she will not take my calls at certain times, and so on.”
Soha Ali Khan is a doting mother, who makes sure to indulge her angel, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu in something or other. On April 15, 2020, Soha had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared an adorable picture of Inaaya helping her daddy, Kunal Kemmu while peeling peas. She had looked like a cotton ball in a pink top and grey track pants completely engrossed in her work. Kunal, on the other hand, was seen with a lollypop in his mouth.
