It was in 2007, when a stand-up comedian, Kapil Sharma began his career with the reality show, The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, but rose to fame after winning six seasons of Comedy Circus. Kapil then became a household name and reigned the comedy world like how! But just how with every milestone, one has to face a dropdown, Kapil too, tasted the failure like no one had imagined. However, with a year of sabbatical, Kapil made a comeback not only professionally but in his personal life too. From starting his show afresh, getting married to Ginni Chatrath and now embracing fatherhood soon, Kapil has been witnessing sunshine in his personal and professional life since the end of the year 2018. The end of the year 2018 until the end of this year (2019) and many more to come, has nothing, but truckloads of happiness in store for Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath. Kapil has risen like a phoenix with his weekend telecast, The Kapil Sharma Show, and just like always, his audience would break into jolts of laughter at the jokes that he would make. And this show also marked as the beginning of a new friendship between his once rival and now 'good' friend, Krushna Abhishek.
In an interview with The Times of India, Krushna Abhishek revealed the ice-breaking moment between him and Kapil Sharma. Speaking about the media-made ego clashes between them, Krushna said, “There have been no ego hassles between Kapil and me. In fact, there has been no ego problem ever. I visited his place two months before the second season of TKSS began and there was an ice-breaking moment. We never had any personal issues with each other. It was just because of a few media reports people thought that we had problems but there was no personal rivalry.”
Kapil Sharma and his wife, Ginni Chatrath are all set to embrace parenthood in December 2019, and the entire team of The Kapil Sharma Show is excited for the soon-to-arrive baby. Elaborating on the same, Krushna Abhishek continued, “We are very excited about Kapil's baby. I have also prayed for the well-being of Ginni and their baby. We all want Ginni and Kapil to be blessed with a beautiful and healthy baby. They are a very nice, sweet couple. Their togetherness has worked for them. Kapil is back with a bounce, he is doing good, flourishing, enjoying life and the show is successful. I wish them all luck. Revealing how marriage has changed Kapil Sharma in a good way, Krushna Abhishek stated, “Now, when he will become a father, he will start realising his responsibilities. He will start working harder for the even more. I am very happy for him. Kapil has always been a good person, but after marriage, he has become responsible towards his family, wife. When a man is alone, he is carefree, but once he is married, he starts taking care of his family even more.”
Krushna Abhishek believes that Kapil Sharma has married the right girl, who has handled his life beautifully. Sharing how Ginni Chatrath takes care of the TKSS team like a family, Krushna remarked, “Also, I believe, he has got the correct girl, who has handled his life beautifully. Ginni is a wonderful person for him. She respects and loves us also. Whenever we visit their house, she takes care of us like a family. His brother Ashok, mother they are good human beings. I had attended Kapil's wedding in Amritsar and from there we started bonding. That was the moment when I grew immense love and respect for Kapil. Even, he loves me from inside but doesn't show very often, but Bharti, Kiku we all are like one family.”
On November 14, 2019, when the first poster of Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh starrer film, Good Newwz was released, Kapil Sharma had taken to Twitter to congratulate the team. Akshay had tweeted his film’s poster and had written, “The goof-ups are bound to multiply...and that's how you get, #GoodNewwz! Coming to you this #Christmas,27th December.” Praising the poster and hinting that his ‘good news’ will come before Akshay’s Good Newwz, Kapil had retweeted, “Congratulations paji... poster is looking very nice, but my good news is coming before ur good news. hahahaha, all the best team.” To this, Akshay had replied, “Kamaal kar diya Sharma ji Heartiest congratulations on your #GoodNewwz!
