Mary Jo 'MJ' Shannon's death reason
The cause of Mary Jo 'MJ' Shannon's death has not been officially disclosed. There's no report about whether she was suffering from any health issue during the time of her passing, as well. However, MJ was diagnosed with cancer twice: breast and colon cancer. In an episode of KUWTK, Kim had earlier revealed the struggles her grandmother was facing when she was fighting the disease. According to Kim, MJ would throw up the entire night often and felt that she was about to die. Kim also shared that as her grandmom became sicker with time, she wanted to spend more family time.
