Television actress, Kishwer Merchantt has always been famous for her fit self. Before embracing motherhood, Kishwer, who rose to fame with her acting stint in the 1998 hit serial, Hip Hip Hurray, was admired for staying fit and not ageing a year. Recently, the actress kickstarted her weight loss journey and shared how difficult it was for her to start working out.
For those who don't know, on August 27, 2021, Suyyash and Kishwer welcomed their baby boy. The duo had announced the arrival of their baby boy in the cutest way. The duo had shared an adorable first family picture with their munchkin. Alongside it, they had written:
"27.08.2 welcome BABY RAI!!! It's a boy."

On November 11, 2022, Kishwer took to her Instagram handle and posted a video of her seventh day of workout. In the clip, we can see the 41-year-old doing a deadlift of a maximum of 70 kg. The actress revealed how difficult it was for her to work out at the start. She revealed that she wasn't even able to pick up the bar easily. However, with her hard work, she is back to being fit. She wrote:
"Finally I have started working out after being lazy for an entire year after giving birth to nirvair !! It was super difficult, in the 1st session I couldn't even pick up the bar easily .. today was my 7th session , and I did deadlifts max 70kgs one rep .. see the video closely, weights badte ja rahe hain , special mention to Abhijeet for not letting me give up and for keeping me focused and motivated. Cheers to being Strong and Fit again."

On July 31, 2022, Kishwer posted a cutesy video of her baby boy, Nirvair. In the video, we can see hear Nirvair speak his first words. The little boy happily said 'mama', and then he even called Suyyash, 'baba'. The doting mommy was jumping with joy. Alongside it, Kishwer had written:
"And Finally This Happened!"
On November 23, 2021, Kishwer had answered her fans' questions on Instagram. One of her fans had asked her the reason behind opting for a C-section delivery when she didn't have any complications. Kishwer had replied that it was simply their choice as they wanted to go for a C-section delivery.
