Ketan Agarwal's Sister Doubted It Was 'Not Accident' When Siya Visited His Home After His Death

26-year-old Ketan Agarwal’s death has sent shockwaves throughout the nation. He was allegedly killed by his fiancee, Siya Goyal and her lover, Chetan Chaudhary. According to reports, Ketan fell into a gorge and died at Lohagad Fort on June 18, 2026. Initially, Lonavala Rural Police registered a case of accidental death. However, it was Ketan’s sister who suspected that it was not an accident, and when Siya Goyal visited his home four days after the incident, her doubts were seemingly confirmed.

Ketan Agarwal’s untimely demise left his family heartbroken. While Lonavala Rural Police initially treated it as an accident and registered a case of accidental death, Ketan’s sister was the first one to suspect the narrative. She continued to doubt about Ketan’s accidental death even after his funeral. However, when Ketan’s fiancee, Siya Goyal, visited their home four days after the tragic incident to offer, Ketan’s sister began questioning her in detail about what happened at Lohagad Fort.

Inconsistencies in Siya’s replies and her vague answers deepened Ketan’s sister’s suspicion. She then shared her doubts with the family. Following this, the Agarwal family approached the police and sought a fresh probe. The Agarwal family questioned the accident theory by pointing out that Ketan was an experienced trekker and was very familiar with the terrain. On the victim’s family’s insistence, the cops began examining CCTV footage and began questioning people connected to the case. During the investigation, cops learned about the alleged affair between Siya Goyal and her alleged lover, Chetan Chaudhary.

Speaking to reporters, Ketan’s father, Vishal, a real-estate businessman, shared that Siya Goyal’s uncle and aunt forced her to marry Ketan despite knowing about her affair with Chetan Chaudhary. He mentioned that if Siya simply refused to tie the knot with Ketan, they would have cancelled the wedding immediately. Expressing his grief, Ketan’s father questioned the cruel mindset of Siya’s family. He was quoted as saying:

"Siya's uncle and aunt pushed for the match despite knowing about her affair. If she didn't want to get married, she could have simply refused. We would have cancelled the wedding immediately. Why did they take such a drastic step? What kind of mindset is this? Their mindset is so cruel that someone's 26-year-old son could be killed. Society needs to take note of such a cruel mindset. Where does this ideology come from - their family, their upbringing?"

Ketan Agarwal was based in Pune. According to his LinkedIn profile, Ketan was passionate about shaping the future of industrial and commercial real estate. He completed his BBA degree in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management from Symbiosis Skills & Professional University in 2021. He pursued Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from August 2022 to July 2023. He served as the Director and Chief Marketing Officer of his family-owned real estate firm, Success Group.

Coming to his personal life, Ketan Agarwal got engaged to Siya Goyal in February 2026. It was an arranged match. They seemed madly in love with each other. The pair was all set to tie the knot in a luxurious palace in Udaipur. In fact, in the first week of June 2026, they had a plan to go to Bali for their pre-wedding shoot. They reached the Mumbai airport and came to know that Ketan’s passport had gone missing. Thus, they returned home. Later, during the investigation, it was revealed that Siya was the one who intentionally hid Ketan’s passport to avoid going to Bali.
