Kelly Osbourne's life has not been easy lately. From dealing with her father's death to facing health issues and calling off her engagement, she has been through a lot. In the midst of storm, the internet has not been kind to Kelly, she faced body-shaming and mean remarks. Recently, she talked about her health and dealing with body-shaming remarks.

Kelly Osbourne reacts to body-shaming remarks

Kelly Osbourne talked about her life during her appearance as the cover girl on Hello! magazine. She talked about her father's death and the slow process of recovering from the pain. Kelly also talked about her weight loss concerns and mean remarks. She stated that initially she navigated the cruel thoughts on her.

However, Kelly is getting better and she is grateful for the support she has received in her life in the most lowest point of her life. The 41-year-old gave a shout out to those who are helping her to navigate the phase. She also stated that there are times when people don't know how to handle grieving person and that's when they start losing friends. She said:

"How can you navigate something so cruel when you’re so sick? I’m getting a lot better. I’ve got all the help I need and I’m grateful for the support I have in my life. They are not just my friends. Because what you’ll find when you’re grieving is that people don’t know how to handle it, and you do lose a lot of friends. But the ones who stick around are the real ones."

Kelly then explained that she is trying to take one step a day. She is trying to fix the head before she could get the chance to look after her body. She added that it is not like that it would take her a day or one therapy session, it is a lifetime work and she is ready to do it. She explained:

"You’ve got to fix the head before you can fix the body. It’s going to take me a minute. I’m not going to be fixed in a day. I’m not going to be fixed on one therapy session. This is a lifetime of work I’ve got to do and continue to do for the rest of my life."

Kelly called her current scenario a lot more healthy as she is getting to know herself in a new way. She stated that she is learning and discovering things about herself and the reason why she used to do certain things that stem from her childhood. 

For Kelly, it was hard to deal with the loss of her father, Ozzy Osbourne at the age of 76. She shared a tribute post on IG story, and called him 'best friend she ever had'. At that time she was deeply unhappy and sad. After that, her appearances started leaving fans worried and some trolled her. However, Kelly called 'grief' as the reason for her losing weight. 

Kelly slammed those people and stated that they are thinking it is funny writing comments like 'Gett off Ozempic', but it is not and they should just back off. She stated that her father just died and she has been trying to get back to normal life. It is worth mentioning that Kelly has previously underwent gastric sleeve surgery and repeatedly denied Ozempic use. 

Her mother, Sharon Osbourne also agreed to it, and revealed that her daughter is absolutely right as she cannot eat right now. Despite getting hate, Kelly never backed down, she wrote in her social media post that it is cruel on commenting about someone's pain and spreading gossip about her life struggles.
