Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal’s wedding is no more a rumour as the six senses fort has started receiving the guests. The bride-to-be and the groom-to-be had left for their wedding on December 6, 2021, and their celebrity friends are seen flying to Jaipur for the same. While we cannot wait to see Katrina and Vicky dressed as bride and groom, here is the inside detail on what the actress plans to wear on her D-day.
Earlier, a report in Pinkvilla had stated that Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal would wear Sabyasachi Mukerjee’s designer outfits on their big day. It was also reported that Katrina will wear Abu Jani for her mehendi ceremony, Manish Malhotra for her sangeet ceremony and Gucci for the reception. For the unversed, it is reported that on December 7, 2021, will be Katrina and Vicky’s sangeet, December 8, 2021, will be their mehendi, and on December 9 will be their wedding.

According to a report of ETimes, Katrina Kaif has not yet confirmed a designer for any of her wedding looks. She has been busy collecting and doing multiple fittings from different labels of her choice, and even the designers don’t know, whose outfit Katrina will wear for her D-day. The portal quoted its source as saying:
“Even designers don’t know what is she is going to be given by her stylist. This is all part of the NDA that has been put in place. We don’t know much.”
On the other hand, some reports on social media suggest that Katrina will walk down the aisle wearing a pastel green lehenga from the designer, Sabyasachi Mukerjee. However, there is no confirmation on the same.

According to a report in Bollywood Life, a close friend of the Kaushals revealed that Veena Kaushal wants her would-be daughter-in-law, Katrina Kaif to become a perfect Punjabi dulhania. The source mentioned that Katrina and Veena have grown closer in the past few months and she has agreed to become a Punjabi bride as envisioned by her mother-in-law. Vicky’s mother has also shared a few looks with Katrina to choose from and lock for her big day. The source mentioned:
“Katrina and Vicky’s mother have grown very close over the past few months since the wedding has been in the planning. And she is all ready to impress her beau’s mother-in-law and has happily agreed to become the Punjabi Dulhania like the MIL has envisioned.”
Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif’s wedding festivities will begin today evening with sangeet. According to Bollywood Life, singer, Gurdas Maan will be performing at their sangeet, adding Punjabi tadka to their wedding. Gurdas Maan was spotted with his family, leaving for Jaipur.
