Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal’s dating rumours have been doing the rounds for months now. With their wedding reports hitting the headlines like a wildfire, there are new advancements happening every other day. From the Diwali roka reports to December wedding rumours, every news about Vicky and Katrina is buzzing on social media. In the row of events, there are reports that Katrina forced Vicky to get married in December 2021.
It was in October 2021, when a report in ETimes had stated that Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are all set to get married in December. The star couple is reportedly renting out a luxurious apartment in Juhu and will be neighbours to Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli. As neither Vicky nor Katrina has confirmed or denied the reports, looks like their wedding is a sure thing.

It is alleged that Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal are all set to take the plunge on December 7 to 9. However, according to a report in Bollywoodlife, the couple had the option to tie the knot in May 2022 and Vicky was interested in it as it would have given him time to wrap up his shoot and have some time off to enjoy post-married life. This way Katrina too would have had time to complete the shoot for Tiger 3 and her other projects. However, Katrina was adamant about a December wedding as she had everything planned in her head.
Mentioning that Katrina was sure of the kind of wedding she wants and thus when Rajasthan came on board, she wanted a December wedding, the portal quoted its source as:
“She knew all along what kind of wedding she wants. Right from what she would wear to the look she wants to channel to the kind of venue – she had it all chalked out. So when it was Rajasthan, it definitely couldn’t be in May since that’s when the state experiences a heat wave.”
While an outdoor wedding was still an option in May 2022, Katrina Kaif wasn’t okay with it. The source added:
“She wanted an outdoorish wedding with various rituals set throughout the day, sunset, and night. So a December wedding, with the perfect winter chill in Rajasthan was obviously what her heart chose.”

According to a report in ETimes, the rumoured couple, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal got hitched in an intimate roka ceremony at Ek Tha Tiger director, Kabir Khan's residence. A close friend of the alleged to-be-married couple had spilt the beans on Vicky and Katrina's roka ceremony and had told ETimes that they got rokafied in a hush-hush ceremony. Sharing the details, the source had revealed:
“It was a beautiful roka. There were lights and decorations and Katrina looked stunning in her lehenga. Since the Diwali dates were an auspicious muhurat, the families decided to go ahead with the ceremony. Kabir and Mini are almost like family to Katrina and they were the most gracious hosts.”
Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are rumoured to tie the knot at Six Senses Fort Barwara, which is a resort in Sawai Madhopur.
