The actress donned a red lehenga from designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee, on her big day. The gorgeous bride radiated the glow as she wore a statement mathapatti, neckpiece, matching earrings and a nath. However, what caught our attention was her uncut diamond mangalsutra, and we can't get over it!
According to various media reports, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal had their sangeet ceremony on December 8, 2021, and inside information from their function had been buzzing the media headlines. According to Pinkvilla, Katrina had worn a pink lehenga for the ceremony and Vicky had opted for a sherwani with roses on it to match his bride’s look. Most probably, Katrina was wearing the lehenga from the designer, Falguni and Shane Peacock. It was also reported that some popular Punjabi singers had performed at their sangeet.
According to another report in ETimes, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal had a poolside sangeet ceremony. The soon-to-be-married couple had danced on various Bollywood hits at their pre-wedding function at the Six Senses Fort, Barwara. According to a report in India Today, Katrina had danced on Sheila Ki Jawaani and Chikni Chameli and had also taught her family and relatives a few steps of her song. On the other hand, Vicky Kaushal had reportedly, sang Teri Ore and had danced with his ladylove and their relatives.

In an interaction with BollywoodLife.com, a source close to the development had informed that for her wedding with Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif is bearing 75 per cent of the expenses, including the travel costs of all the guests, security arrangements and other miscellaneous costs. The aide had even revealed that the wedding venue at the Six Senses Fort, Barwara, has been given to Katrina and Vicky free of cost as the proprietors were keen on the publicity that would flow from such a high-profile marriage for the years to come.
Going further in the interaction, the source had informed the portal that Vicky Kaushal is bearing 25 per cent of the expenses for the wedding. Therefore, as Katrina is taking up the responsibility of incurring a major portion of the marriage costs, she is taking the final decision in most of the important shots, such as the decision to bar media coverage at the venue totally, get the guests to sign NDAs, make an entry via security codes mandatory and confiscate mobile phones among other strict protocols.
