Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal has been grabbing headlines off lately, ever since a viral clip of the duo in London’s streets highlighted that the diva might be pregnant with their first child. Well, in the particular clip, Katrina’s choice of extremely baggy outfit, which resembled closely with a maternity clothing. For the unversed, Vicky and Katrina got married back in 2021, and it seems their fans cannot wait any longer for the duo to finally announce their good news.
Off lately, news has been rife that Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are expecting their first child, and the duo would be welcoming their bundle of joy in London. The reports further mentioned that being a doting hubby, Vicky is already there with Katrina, so as to begin this new chapter of their lives together. However, resting all such conjectures, an official spokesperson from Katrina’s team issued a formal statement dismissing it. The statement read as:
“Request all media houses to immediately stop this unconfirmed reporting and speculation.”

A few days back, an insider on behalf of Katrina Kaif reported the real reason behind the diva staying for longer in London. Speaking to BollywoodLife, the insider explained that while Vicky has returned to Mumbai, Katrina has chosen to stay back due to some personal work. However, the report rubbished any chances of the couple being pregnant with their first child, and stated how the two of them haven’t even discussed that aspect of their life yet. The insider further stated:
“The count of Katrina's pregnancy rumours ever since her marriage with Vicky is endless, the fans should stop believing in the speculations and only wait for the couple to announce to make any developments related to them. Katrina is not pregnant and right now she and Vicky have not thought about or discussed their family plans. Katrina is in London for some personal work and is also enjoying her quiet time with her family and Vicky might join her, having said that the one sure thing is Katrina isn't expecting".
On May 16, 2024, Vicky Kaushal turned a year wiser and to mark the day, his darling wife dropped a few pictures of him on her social media handle. However, she ditched writing lengthy captions and summarised her soulmate’s pictures with three white heart emoticons and three cake emoticons. Interestingly, the fact that Katrina dropped three and not two sets of emojis led to everyone speculate if it was a slight confirmation on her pregnancy.

Previously, during his presence on Kapil Sharma’s show, The Great Indian Kapil Show, Vicky Kaushal was asked about the way in which he tends to celebrate Valentine’s Day with his wife, Katrina Kaif. To this, the actor said that the duo have always celebrated these days spending quality time with one another. In his words:
“Nahi, pehle bhi yahi tha ki uss din quality time spend ho jaye aur abhi bhi wahi hai ki quality time spend ho jaye.”
