When Kareena Kapoor Khan had embraced motherhood with the birth of her firstborn, Taimur Ali Khan, she was trolled for naming her son after a 'barbaric' ruler. After delivering her second child, Kareena had decided to keep the little one away from the limelight. So much so that till four-and-a-half months of the little one's birth, the actress had not disclosed his name.

A few days back, reports were rife that Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan had named their second child, Jeh, which was later confirmed by her father, Randhir Kapoor. But the mystery behind the name of her second child is finally out. In her book, KAREENA KAPOOR KHAN'S PREGNANCY BIBLE: The ultimate manual for moms-to-be, Kareena had addressed her newborn as 'Jeh' till the last few pages. However, the last few pages of her book comprise pictures of her during and after her pregnancies. And to everyone's surprise, she revealed her newborn's name as 'Jehangir'.
As soon as the reports of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan naming their second child, Jehangir had started doing the rounds, netizens, in no time, trolled Kareena and Saif. One user wrote, "Lagta hain Saif Taimur Dynasty ki line lagane wale hain, Taimur hua, Jehangir hua, then Khalil , Shahrukh , Mirza." Another one wrote, "Imagine a punjabi Kapoor naming her sons after Taimur and Jehangir who tortured and brutally executed Sikh Guru Arjan. It was on Taimur Ali Khan's fourth birthday when Kareena Kapoor Khan had made a special announcement. Announcing her new venture as an author, Kareena had revealed that her book, Kareena Kapoor Khan's Pregnancy Bible will be published in 2021 and will be a comprehensive guide to pregnancy. Sharing the first look, Kareena had written, "Today is the perfect day to announce – 'Kareena Kapoor Khan's Pregnancy Bible' for all you moms-to-be. will talk about everything from morning sickness to diet and fitness and being a mom-on-the-go! Can't wait for you to read it. To be published by Juggernaut Books in 2021."
On International Women's Day 2021, Kareena had posted the first-ever selfie with her newborn, Jeh. However, Jeh's face was hidden as he was resting on his amma's shoulder. Kareena had captioned it as "There's nothing women can't do. Happy Women's Day my loves. #InternationalWomensDay."
