Meanwhile, Alia and Kareena's duet photoshoot left everyone in utter hope about the same. Moreover, in a recent interview, Alia's nanad showered the latter with praises.

In a recent interview with Mid-Day, Kareena Kapoor Khan was asked about her take on a similar kind of career trajectory to hers with Alia Bhatt. To this, Kareena said that her bhabhi, Alia is truly gifted. Heaping praises on Alia's top-notch acting performances, Kareena said:
"I think that she is truly gifted. She is such a spectacular actor and her choices are also…like she does these commercial big ones and then she will do a Darlings. So, she likes to do this, which is great.”
Going further in the interview, Kareena Kapoor Khan revealed that she never met Alia Bhatt when the latter was young. Kareena further stated that as Alia is now one of her family members, they both get some time of their own. Calling herself a big admirer of Alia, Kareena said:
"As a child I never met her. I didn’t know her as much. But of course now she is a relative and in the family. I think now I myself am a huge admirer of the choices because that is what makes an actor."
Going further in the interview, Kareena Kapoor said that she is very much aware of the fact that Alia Bhatt adores her too much, and it's a mutual thing. She also called Alia the best of this generation. Kareena also talked about the possibility of she and Alia working together. Elaborating on the same, Bebo said:
"I know that she (Alia) adores me, and it’s a very mutual thing because I truly think that she is the best in this generation. We met recently and said that we should definitely do something together. Let’s see how that energy kind of bounces off. I know because our picture went viral, and everyone started messaging Karan Johar. He said, ‘Why is everyone messaging me?’ So I told him that the onus is on him.”

It was back on August 18, 2023, when Alia took to her Instagram handle and posted pictures with her nanad, Kareena, and oh boy, the photos were enough to melt zillions of hearts. In the frames, both the actresses looked stunning in their respective ensembles. While Alia looked pretty in a peach-toned ensemble, Kareena looked pretty in a cream-coloured one. Alongside it, Alia penned her wish to get featured with Kareena.
