BB 17: Karan Johar Hosts 'Weekend Ka Vaar', Slams Ankita Lokhande And Calls Mannara Chopra Hypocrite

BB 17: Karan Johar Hosts 'Weekend Ka Vaar', Slams Ankita Lokhande And Calls Mannara Chopra Hypocrite

Filmmaker and Bigg Boss OTT season 1 host, Karan Johar will be seen as the host for Salman Khan's show, Bigg Boss 17's Weekend Ka Vaar. So far, we have seen Salman Khan exposing the contestants' game strategy and slamming them for being manipulative. He also schooled the contestants whenever required and won the audiences' hearts with his observation and criticism.

Karan Johar slams Ankita Lokhande for stepping back from Munawar Faruqui

In the latest promo video of the upcoming episode of Bigg Boss 17, Karan Johar stepped in as the host in place of Salman Khan during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode. In the video, Karan was seen losing his cool on Ankita Lokhande and questioning her, “Did you take a step back because Munawar’s priority is Mannara right now?” Responding to the same, Ankita said:

“My problem is that I am an emotional person.”

However, Karan, who seemingly got irked by Ankita's response, stopped her there and said that she always says she is emotional. However, KJo added that he feels that Ankita only says such things, but her actions are entirely different. In his words:

“I am like this, I’m emotional, if I feel bad I will say it to your face. We have only heard you say this, it can’t be seen in your actions.”

Karan Johar calls Mannara Chopra a hypocrite

Karan also schooled Mannara Chopra and pointed out how she is desperately looking for validation for her friendships in the Bigg Boss house. He then slammed her for not standing by her close friend and co-contestant, Munawar Faruqui, when Anurag Dobhal nominated him. Karan said that he feels that Mannara is a hypocrite and has double standards and added:

“Is this friendship? According to me, it’s hypocrisy. It’s called having double standards.”

Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain have been hitting the headlines from day 1 of the show, courtesy of their constant fights and heated arguments. Recently, Ankita and Vicky's mothers graced the show, and Ankita's mother told Vicky that he was not looking as happy as he used to be earlier. Later, Vicky Jain's mother was seen taunting her bahu, Ankita Lokhande and mentioned how the duo was fighting badly. However, she indirectly blamed it all on Ankita and pointed out how Vicky had given so much liberty to his wife. Ankita was left shocked and instantly asked her mother-in-law what she meant. To this, Vicky's mother asked Ankita to keep quiet.
