For the unversed, the couple had embraced parenthood in December 2005, when their first daughter, Violet Anne had come into their lives. After which, in January 2009, the couple had welcomed another little girl in their life and had named her Seraphina Rose Elizabeth. The couple was super delighted when they had gotten blessed with a baby boy in February 2012 and had named him Samuel Garner.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Justice League actor, Ben Affleck's ex-wife, Jennifer Garner talked about her ultimate dream of dancing at their daughter's wedding, which she had thought she had lost after her divorce from Ben. However, the actress delighted her fans with the news that she and Ben are co-parenting their kids quite wonderfully, and now she's relaxed. Also, she's now hopeful that her dream of dancing with her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, at their daughter's wedding will surely happen. She said, "I know that now", and added that she's no longer worried about the completion of her dream and stated, "I don't worry about that anymore."
However, Jennifer also stated that it was extremely tough for her to raise her family in the eyes of the public, and it had developed anxiety issues in her little family. She also revealed that while going through a divorce with her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, it was an exceptionally turbulent time for her. Also, her little kids were also looking up to her at that time for some clarity. She said, "Going through it in public is not what's hard. Going through it is what's hard, A. And B, my children's eyes are on me." Jennifer added that it was COVID-19 that helped her in maintaining a close-knit bond with her daughters, Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and son Samuel, 9. One of the saddest parts of Jennifer Garner's interview was when she revealed how paparazzi had made every single day of her life at that phase a super-challenging one. As there were always a massive amount of shutterbugs and reporters, who used to follow her, no matter where she went. She said, "We lived down a street that was chock-a-block full of actors, much more successful and famous and decorated than me, including Ben, and they'd all go by one by one, no problem, and then I'd go do a school run, and it'd be 15 cars going with me." Concluding her conversation, Jennifer opened-up about the request they had made to their kids at that turbulent time. She said, "When they were smaller, and there were things out there that were shocking, my request to them was always, 'Let Dad and I talk you through whatever it is'. I'd tell them, 'If you see an image on the front of a magazine, I'll look at it with you, and we'll process all the scary feelings that come up together."
