Explaining the same, Jordyn revealed that Jaden never actually misses any of her special events, including her birthdays. She reflected on their strong bond and mentioned that they have been together since he was a little kid, while adding that she also hopes to attend his wedding one day. Jordyn went on to reveal that Jaden was also present at her dad's funeral and made everyone laugh, and that she's 'lucky' that she got to experience their friendship. Sharing more details about their strong friendship, Jordyn wrote:
“He’s never missed an important moment in my life. So grateful to have the epitome of a day ONE. From diapers to marriage. I can’t wait for his wedding one day but until then!!! He’s never missed a birthday, showing up at my dad’s funeral and making us all laugh, to now getting married. I’m so lucky I’ve never had to know a life without our friendship.”
For those who don't know, Jaden Smith, the 1998-born son of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, is an American rapper, songwriter and actor who made his debut alongside his father in The Pursuit of Happyness, which led him to earn critical praise.
Apart from that, Jaden drew significant attention for his role as 'Dre Parker' in The Karate Kid, where he starred alongside Jackie Chan. Jaden was also seen in The Day the Earth Stood Still and After Earth. The couple made their relationship official by the end of 2020, and 5 years later, in 2025, Anthony proposed marriage to his ladylove.
Jordyn and Karl-Anthony tied the knot two weeks ago, and speaking about it with Vogue, Woods revealed that neither of them wanted it to look 'performative' in any way. According to Jordyn, 2026 is the best year, given that the NBA star received another ring when the Knicks won the 2026 NBA Finals. Sharing her feelings about her wedding, Woods said:
"And everything [at the wedding] was beautiful, but what I remember most is the feeling in the room. There was so much love surrounding us, and you could genuinely feel how happy everyone was to be there witnessing that moment with us.”
