Add BollywoodShaadis on GoogleJenny Mollen and Jason Biggs had been hogging the spotlight ever since they announced their separation. For those unaware, the duo were married for 18 years, which is why their decision to part ways left many fans heartbroken. Now, during a recent conversation on Kelly Ripa's Let's Talk Off Camera podcast, Jenny opened up about the ‘horrifying’ text that she sent her estranged husband after he moved out.
Jenny Mollen opened up about all things personal during her Wednesday, June 24, 2026, appearance on Kelly Ripa's Let's Talk Off Camera podcast. She recalled the time shortly after the American Pie star, Jason Biggs, moved out following the split after 18 years of marriage and said that she told him she was having a vaginoplasty. Jenny confessed that she “didn't want to tell” her estranged husband this because it sounded “shady” and “weird.” She shared:
“I’m like, oh, f–k, this is crazy because literally, and the timing was horrifying because, okay, Jason was moving out on a Friday and I didn’t mean for it to line up this way. ‘I’m having a vagina surgery.’ I mean, it looks so bad for me. I’m going under for two and a half f–king hours. I was like, make this feel palatable, but it was awful.”

According to Jenny, the one “good thing” that she was able to tell Jason was that she was not allowed to have sex for eight weeks. While she did not share how Jason Biggs reacted to her text, she noted that everything looked “even” down there.

As per Jason Biggs and Jenny Mollen's spokesperson, the duo continue to remain on good terms following their split in May 2026. They added that the former couple are focused on raising their two sons, Lazlo, 8, and Sid, 12. Opening up about how her relationship is with Jason at present, Jenny told host, Amanda Hirsch during her appearance on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast that it is “still, like, romantic.” She explained:
“We still love each other. It’s just not, I don’t know, it’s a different type of romance. It’s, like, your best friend…People will be like, ‘How does it feel?’ And I’m like, ‘I don’t know, the same?’ We live in two different places, but we’re still tethered. We have kids. We still talk 18 times a day about everyone’s schedule, and after school and holidays.”

Jenny Mollen and Jason Biggs met for the first time on the set of their 2008 movie, My Best Friend's Girl. After forming a connection here, they got engaged in January 2008. Jenny and Jason eloped a few months after this and tied the knot in a private ceremony in April 2008. The same year, they even exchanged vows for the second time, in Napa, California. According to reports, Jason and Jenny's wedding back then was attended by only 40 guests.

Since then, Jason and Jenny kept their relationship as private as possible. However, they did shy away from opening up about how their relationship had its fair share of imperfections. Jenny, who was the author of I Like You Just The Way I Am shared that she and her estranged husband had abandonment issues. She was quoted as saying:
"When we work together, there’s just a lot of competition in our relationship, not for the spotlight, but it has to be about each of us because I feel like we both have a lot of childhood abandonment issues.”
