Jennifer Lawrence detailed the cosmetic procedures she got on her face
In a recent conversation with Vogue, Jennifer Lawrence addressed the buzz surrounding her cosmetic procedures. Talking about her beauty regimen, Jennifer revealed that she hates getting her hair coloured and going to the nail salon. Talking about the skincare hacks, Jennifer revealed using retinol (tretinoin cream) alongside diaper rash ointment Destin. Apart from this, she also added getting Botox done when her skin appears saggier.
Going further in the conversation, Jennifer spoke about her desire to have buccal fat removal but also accepted that she gets nervous about it. Elaborating about her cosmetic procedures, Jennifer said:
“I need to have movement in my face — I get baby Botox, but I can’t do a lot. If my skin is going to be a little saggier than I would like, at least it looks dewy and pretty. I’m really nervous about these fat transfers. I support other people doing them because I want to keep watching and see what happens, but I don’t know about that. I mean, I would love to have a buccal fat removal. I can’t because everybody would know, but just know that I want that.”
Jennifer Lawrence revealed how everyone thought she had a nose job
Ever since her rise to stardom in 2010 with the film Winter's Bone, Jennifer has amazed fans with her appearances. She is very open about the things she wants to get done for herself, as she spoke about considering breast augmentation due to body changes following her second pregnancy. In the past, there were rumours that Jennifer has undergone eye or eyelid surgery.
She laughed off the rumours and credited her makeup artist, Hung Vanngo, with overlining her lips and changing her eye shape with cosmetics. There was also speculation that the actress had an eyebrow lift and nose job. During an interview with The New Yorker, Jennifer was asked about a facelift and she denied. Speaking about the buzz around her other cosmetic procedures, she said:
“I didn’t have eye surgery. I’m doing makeup. I grew up. I lost baby weight in my face, and my face changed because I’m ageing… Everybody thought I had a nose job, and I’m like, ‘I’ve had the exact same nose. My cheeks got smaller. Thank you for bringing it up.”
In her personal life, Jennifer Lawrence is married to Cooke Maroney, an art gallery director. The duo was introduced by a mutual friend in 2018, and soon they began dating quietly. They kept their relationship low-key and tied the knot in 2019. In February 2022, the couple welcomed their first child, a son named Cy Maroney. In 2025, Jennifer and Cooke welcomed their second child, whose details are kept private.
