Khloe Kardashian revealed getting a nose job, Botox and Sculptra
There has been a lot of curiosity about celebrity transformations, and when it comes to the Kardashians, the hype doubles. In 2025, a London-based doctor, Jonny Betteridge, speculated about Khloe Kardashian’s transformation over the years. On his social media handle, he posted a side-by-side comparison of Khloé in 2009 and 2024, speculating about the changes she had made to her face.
Unlike other celebrities, Khloe didn’t ignore the post and instead chose to address the speculative theory. Reacting to it, she wrote, "I take this as a great compliment.” She then detailed the procedures she underwent over the years and revealed that she had a nose job by none other than Dr. Raj Kanodia, the Beverly Hills rhinoplasty king.
Khloe also spoke about laser hair removal on her hairline and soft wave laser treatments for skin tightening. She has also had collagen "baby threads" inserted under her chin and neck. The baby threads are micro-suspension threads that stimulate collagen over time.
In 2023, Khloe discussed her battle with melanoma, for which she underwent surgery that left a dent in her cheek. In the same post, she also admitted to having Botox and Sculptra on the cheek from which her facial tumor was removed. After she was left with a dent on her cheek, Khloe used fillers to cover it up.
Khloe Kardashian also got Salmon Sperm treatment for anti-aging
Just like her sister, Kim, Khloe also gets salmon sperm facials. It incorporates “salmon sperm”— which is thought to have anti-aging benefits — into her skincare routine. Speaking about the same in one of the episodes of The Kardashians, Khloe said that the treatment is all about bringing moisture and elasticity to the face. However, she also shared that she draws the line when it comes to putting the DNA of other sea creatures in her face and said, ‘I’m never gonna do whale sperm’.
Apart from all the cosmetic procedures, Khloe also revealed that her transformation happened due to a drastic weight loss of over 80 pounds. However, experts believe that Khloe has undergone many more surgeries than she has publicly confirmed. During an episode of The Kardashians in 2021, Khloe revealed how her mother, Kris, pushed her into cosmetic procedures and said:
“I had the most confidence. I was chubby, and in a skintight bodycon dress, you couldn’t tell me otherwise. Society gave me insecurities. Who knows if I never heard Mom talk about my nose, if I ever would have gotten a nose job.”
