Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck were once one of the most loved couples. The duo got married in 2005, and the same year, they welcomed their first child, Violet. They also have two kids, Seraphina, who was born in 2009, and Samuel, who was born in 2012.

Well, after 10 years of marital bliss, Jennifer and Ben parted ways in 2015, while in 2018, their divorce was finalised. However, the couple kept on standing by each other through their parenting journey as they co-parent their three kids. Most recently, the couple was seen rushing their daughter, Violet, to an ER! Violet Affleck shares a special bond with Jennifer Garner. A first child is always special to a mom, and similarly, the case was with Violet and Jennifer. Speaking to Allure in 2023, Jennifer said that her eldest daughter didn't have a shot, actually, and she couldn't just have a free thought, given that she was all over her, adding that she was a 'nightmare' for everyone.

Jennifer Garner, just like other moms out there, protects her children fiercely, and when she says 'no', it's something that she actually means, and others would have to listen to. Jennifer said that she tries to be the best and keep it consistent for her kids. Speaking to Us Weekly about the same, Jennifer Garner said:

"I said to my girls, ‘What do I mean when I say no?'” Garner exclusively told Us Weekly in May 2015. “And they were like, ‘She really means no!’ So you just have to do it. It’s not pretty. I don’t think that I’m always the best at it but I try my best to be consistent and for them to know what they can expect from me.”

Jennifer Garner is a bit strict about social media, while Violet didn't like the public attention much

When it comes to public attention, it often happens that the families of celebrities stay in the public limelight, and the same happened to Jennifer Garner's children. But Violet was sort of scared of the cameras being on her every time. Speaking about the same, Jennifer, in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, revealed that her daughter one day stood on a chair and started saying, 'We didn’t ask for this. We don’t want these cameras, they’re scary'. When it was about Violet getting on IG, Jennifer was almost 'panicked'.

Well, she is a bit strict when it comes to her kids using social media, and doesn't want them to get on social media platforms like Instagram. Speaking to Katie Couric, Jennifer said that while she is on social media, her daughter, too, often talks to her about getting on the same platform. Well, Jennifer didn't want that and asked her daughter if she could show her that teenage girls are happy using social media, then Violet too could use it, or else she could check from her phone. Jennifer said:

"I just say, ‘When you can show me studies that say that teenage girls are happier using Instagram than not, then we can have the conversation.' But everything you look at, I don’t see anything positive for you out there. You can look at mine when you want to, we can go over it together, but I just don’t see it.’”

What happened to Violet Affleck?

It was on May 26, 2026, when Violet Affleck was seen accompanied by her parents as she was rushed into an emergency room. She was seen wearing an orthopaedic boot on her foot and carrying crutches, which left everyone worried. She was seen wearing a mask, and it couldn't be confirmed what exactly happened to her, and it felt like an injury.
