The Kapoor siblings share a very warm bond with each other, and they encourage one another for all their achievements. Janhvi Kapoor shares a very lovely bond with sister, Khushi Kapoor. Since Khushi has joined New York Film Academy (NYFA), Jhanvi misses her sister a lot and often pays a visit to her.
On November 29, 2019, Janhvi took to her Instagram stories and shared pictures from her UK visit where she was seen spending quality time with her sister, Khushi. In one of the pictures posted by Janhvi, Khushi was all smiles and the actress wrote, “Too much Khushi!!!" In other pictures, the two sisters were all set to gorge in some delicious food to which Janhvi wrote “Life feels complete” atop the picture and a happy Janhvi was seen binging in delicious fries. Khushi too shared a picture of Janhvi lost in her own thoughts.
On Anaita Shroff Adajania’s chat show, Feet Up with the Stars, Janhvi Kapoor had talked at length about her bond with her sister, Khushi Kapoor. She had said, “We share our clothes, but we have this thing that if you steal without telling, then it’s a thing. At this point, I don’t care. She still likes... She’s very righteous, so she is like, ‘You cannot take something without asking.’ She feels like she needs to inculcate manners in me. In September 2019, Janhvi Kapoor was missing her sister, Khushi Kapoor and for that, she had flown to New York to spend some quality time with her. On September 23, 2019, Janhvi had taken to her official Instagram handle and had shared two cutesy pictures, one with her dear dad and the other, with her darling sister. In the picture with her dad, she could be seen leaning on Boney’s shoulder. The other picture had her and Khushi, happily clicking a selfie. Janhvi had captioned the post as “Finally”, followed by a rainbow emoji. As soon as she had posted these pics, her half-sister, Anshula Kapoor had sent lots of love.
Recently, Boney Kapoor had paid a visit to Khushi and Janhvi couldn’t visit her because she was busy shooting for her film, Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. On November 12, 2019, Janhvi had taken to her Instagram handle and had posted pictures of her father’s New York trip and written “Missing” atop one of the pictures. In one of the pictures, Khushi is seen posing with her father, Boney and in the other, Boney can be seen happily posing for the camera.
In an interview with India Today, Janhvi had talked about their family WhatsApp group and had revealed, "We have a WhatsApp group called Dad’s Kids’ which has me, Khushi, Anshula didi, Arjun bhaiya, and dad on it." She had further added, "And I send all my outfit pictures along with looks from different photoshoots on that group. In fact, most of my outfits need to be approved by dad, otherwise, I don’t feel confident wearing them."
