Since the morning of February 25, 2018, the nation is mourning the loss of the legendary actress, Sridevi Kapoor. Her sudden and untimely demise has not only shocked her family but all her fans as well. While it is a big loss for the entire Kapoor and Ayyappan family, no one can imagine the grief of Boney, Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor, who lost the reason behind their smile.
Amongst many pictures and videos that are being circulated on social media, reminiscing some good memories of Bollywood’s first female superstar, there is one video which will definitely touch your emotional chord once again. We got our hand on a video clip of Sridevi from Salman Khan's show Dus Ka Dum, where she came as a celebrity contestant with her hubby, Boney Kapoor. In the clip, Salman went on to ask young Janhvi and Khushi, who were sitting amongst the audience, if they believed that marriages are made in heaven. While Khushi retorted, "I don't know", Janhvi very adorably said, "I know Mom's and Dad's is made in heaven." How sweet, isn’t it?

According to SpotboyE, Janhvi wrote a note for her mother, Sridevi years back, which stated, “Dear Mom, growing up hearing about your aura, dedication, sincerity and inspirational grit to be the best and achieve the most always made me wish I was present to witness it all. Through all that you have done in your life, you have made me the proudest daughter in the world, and I love you the most. Sridevi was indeed the backbone of the family, and Boney tweeted an emotional note which said, "To the world, she was their Chandni... the actor par excellence... their Sridevi... but to me, she was my love, my friend, mother to our girls... my partner. To our daughters, she was their everything... their life. She was the axis around which our family ran." It further stated, “My only concern at this time is to protect my daughters and find a way to move forward without Sri. She was our life, our strength and the reason we always smiled. We love her beyond measure. Rest in peace my love. Our lives will never be the same again.”
Sridevi’s elder daughter, Janhvi will make her Bollywood debut with the film, Dhadak opposite Ishaan Khatter. Sridevi was very excited to watch her daughter reigning the silver screen, just like she did. In an interview with a leading media portal, Sridevi’s advice for Janhvi for her debut was, “Like any other mother, whether they come to this profession or not you just ask them to do the right things. To work hard and give their best, hard work always pays, so I tell them all these kinds of things.”
Sridevi adorably talked about her daughters in an interview, and said, “Jhanvi, I feel is more like me - absolutely obedient. Both my children are extremely attached to us. Jhanvi seeks more attention from me while Khushi can manage things on her own. Though Jhanvi's grown up now, sometimes I still have to feed her. She won't eat properly at certain times, so I have to make sure that she eats properly. Sometimes she tells me to put her to sleep so all these nakhras she does.
