However, in her recent interview along with her mother, Shashi Chandna, the actress has talked about the reason, why she loves ignoring questions about her personal life in media. Also, she reacted to the reports and rumours about her marriage and gave a powerful statement.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, the gorgeous and talented actress, Surbhi Chandna talked about her marriage and quite clearly stated that at the moment she’s completely focused in her career. She said, “When I decide to get married, tab ki tab dekhenge. Right now, the focus is only on my work.” After which, she was asked that why she doesn't like talking about her personal life in media, on which she clearly stated that, “Firstly, I don't have a personal life," and added, "It is not out there. I don't want to talk about it. There is nothing to talk about.” In the same interview, Surbhi’s mother, Shashi Chandna was also present and when the doting mother was asked if she gets worried after reading all the gossips written about her daughter. She said, “No, it doesn't because she tells me everything. We know everything as we share a good bond. We know how far she can go.” Surbhi’s mother also reacted to the popularity of her daughter’s chemistry with Nakuul Mehta in the show, Ishqbaaz. On which she said, “I loved their chemistry. I think they should work together. They complimented each other as actors.”
Right now, the actress is spending time with her family in lockdown and also spending time a lot of time on social media like many other celebrities to kill the boredom. On May 16, 2020, Surbhi Chandna had taken to her Instagram handle and had posted a beautiful picture to give her huge fanbase a glimpse of her whole family in quarantine. In the picture, we could see her father, CP Chandna, mother, Shashi Chandna, and sister, Pranavi Chandna. Surbhi Chandna was in a lot of headlines recently, after she had revealed in the finale episode of Pinkvilla’s interview series, Dear Mom that once she was thrown out of an ad-shoot. In the same interview, Surbhi’s mother, Shashi Chandna was also present and, she was one who had recalled the incident first and had stated that “If I have to say it in harsh words I was thrown out of a shoot. She was cast for an ad wherein she was getting ready. There were 15 mins for the shoot and she came to me and asked me if we could leave. I realised something must have happened.” Adding to it, Surbhi had revealed, “I was told that I don't fit the bill. It just felt bad that they should have known their requirements before, right?
