Addressing the rumours surrounding her marriage, Isha said that she was shocked to see the numerous reports circulating online. She urged her fans as well as the media not to believe everything they hear about her personal life.
According to Isha, they should only believe information if it is coming directly from her or her official social media handles. Her note read:
“There are many rumours circulating about my marriage. It's shocking to hear and read the news reports appearing in certain quarters. I request certain sections of the media not to spread any rumours regarding my marriage or separation. I also urge the general public not to believe anything they read or hear unless the information comes directly from me or through my official social media handles. Thank you.”
It is worth mentioning that Isha’s statements come amid growing curiosity about her possible participation in Bigg Boss 20. For those unaware, the promo of the Salman Khan-hosted show featured a female contestant who opened up about her painful relationship. While the identity of the contestant was not revealed, many fans were quick to connect the dots and realise there is a high chance it might be none other than Isha Rikhi.
In the Bigg Boss 20 promo, the contestant in question can be seen breaking down as she recounted how she fell in love and eventually had her heart shattered. She says:
“Mujhe pyaar hua, aur jo kuch bhi maine face kiya. Jab aapka trust tootta hai kuch rishton se toh...”
The emotional moment caught on camera has left fans wondering about the contestant’s past. Isha Rikhi and Badshah had confirmed their split just a few days ago, on August 31, 2026. They made the announcement via a joint statement on social media. While the news of their split came as a shock to many, they claimed that they had mutually decided to part ways and move forward separately. They said that they won't be addressing their split a second time and wrote:
"I and Isha Rikhi have mutually decided to part ways and move forward on our separate paths. This decision has been made with mutual respect, and we request everyone to kindly respect our privacy during this time. This will be our only statement on the matter. We sincerely request that there be no further speculation or assumptions regarding our relationship."
It is worth mentioning that this is Badshah’s second marriage to have ended in divorce. Before Isha Rikhi, the rapper tied the knot with Jasmine Masih in 2012. The duo welcomed a daughter named Jessemy Grace Masih Singh in January 2017 before going their separate ways in 2020. Jasmine currently lives with their daughter in London.
