Isha Malviya and Samarth Jurel grabbed attention during their stint in Bigg Boss 17. Well, after the latter made a wild card entry to the show claiming to be the actress’ boyfriend, Isha was hesitant at first to admit the same on the national television. They later sorted out differences and grabbed limelight with their chemistry throughout the show. It was only some time back when several reports suggested that Isha and Samarth have broken up. After Samarth’s manager confirmed the news, the actor too, in one of his recent interviews, made some shocking allegations against Isha, and even called her an ‘opportunist’.
In a recent interview with the Bombay Times, Isha Malviya was asked about her reaction to her ex-boyfriend, Samarth Jurel labelling her as an opportunist. In her response, Isha refrained from making any comment on the matter, since she is enjoying the bigger and brighter things that have been happening in her life at present. The diva even took a jibe at Samarth and stated how people have diverse personalities, in order to make such serious comments about the other person. Sassily concluding on how she doesn’t wish to look backwards, Isha said:
“It's okay, sabka apna nature hai, sabki apni personality hai, so I do not think I would like to comment on this topic. I think I would not like to talk about it because mere life mein kaafi achi cheezein aarahi hai, so I am focusing on it, not my life backwards.”

Previously, in an interview with Instant Bollywood, Samarth Jurel opened up about the reason behind his breakup from Isha Malviya for the first time. He remarked how the latter only contacted him right before any special social event, and ignored her for the other time. Citing the reason behind such a behaviour of Isha, Samarth revealed that the actress purposely did this so that she could get media attention by having him by her side. Samarth explained:
“Wo actually mein bohot badi opportunist thi. Uska aisa tha ki koi bhi event ho raha hai, koi bhi function ho raha hai, toh mujhse baat karne lag jayegi. Mereko bahar tak isliye le gayi kyunki humari spotting ho jayegi. Pata chal jayega logon ko ki hum saath mein hai.”
Previously, in one of her interviews with the Hindustan Times, Isha Malviya talked about her breakup with Samarth Jurel and revealed that the two of them had gone their separate ways almost a month before the news finally came to the surface. Isha remarked that issues crept up between her and Samarth during the Holi party they both attended after Bigg Boss 17 went off air. Moreover, she revealed how the duo tried to pretend to be on good terms for the longest time.

In one of her older interactions on Filmygyan’s podcast, Isha Malviya had cutely revealed if she saw her future husband in her then-boyfriend, Samarth Jurel. The 20-year-old actress stated that while she is sure about the same, she doesn’t really know if Samarth too feels the same. In her words:
“Yeah, I do, but I can’t really say because uski taraf se bhi, God knows. Mera bas chale toh main kal hi subah shaadi kar lun, lekin na meri umar hai pehli baat toh, na maine apne career mein itna kuch kiya jitna mera aim hai. Plus, I cannot comment on destiny, it is what it is.”
