Isha Koppikar had won millions of hearts with her stint in films like Company, Kaante, Don, etc. She is a supermom, who is an actress and runs a hospitality company and still manages to spend time with her little munchkin, Rianna. Isha Koppikar had started dating businessman, Timmy Narang in June 2008 and within one year, the lovebirds had tied the knot on November 29, 2009. The lovely couple had gotten blessed with a beautiful angel in 2014, whom they had lovingly named Rianna. Since then their life has been revolving around their little cotton ball.
Isha dotes on her five-year-old daughter and love sharing glimpses of their mommy-daughter moments. On May 13, 2020, Isha took to her Instagram handle and shared an adorable video of herself with Rianna. In the video, Isha was seen teaching Rianna to block and punch. Along with the video, Isha wrote, “Teaching Rianna the right way to punch corona! The technique used here is block and punch. Taekwondo is amazing for mental and physical health!”
Isha is a working mom, and she considers living in a joint family a blessing as her daughter is always in the company of her cousins. In an interview with the Indian Express, Isha had spoken about how living in a joint family is a blessing and had stated, “I live in a joint family. Rianna, being a single child, has enough company in her cousins. It is a full house at home with my in-laws, my sister-in-law’s kids…Rianna is busy while I am at work. Isha had also spoken about how she and Timmy make sure that they do not make their daughter too comfortable by fulfilling all her wishes. She had retorted that she is a hard parent and had revealed, “I make sure that I do not make things too comfortable for Rianna. I do not want to give her everything and make her reach a point when she cannot adjust at all. She needs to value what she has. As parents, all of us want to shower our kids with what we did not or could not have. Sometimes, I am consciously strict in my attitude and come across as a hard parent. Yet, Rianna knows that there is always a reason for my saying “No” when I do. I explain and reason things out with her.”
Isha and Timmy are hands-on parents to Rianna. Isha is a disciplinarian while her hubby, Timmy is a fun parent. On May 4, 2020, Isha had given a glimpse of Rianna’s ‘homeschooling’. She had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a video, where she was helping Rianna in learning Hindi. Along with the video, she had written, “Homeschooling. Good morning! And we are back to homeschooling. Today’s subject - hamari rashtra bhasha – Hindi.”
Isha, who always wanted a daughter feels that motherhood had made her compassionate and patient, Just like Isha and Timmy, their daughter is an extrovert, who loves talking. Not just this, the five-year-old pick up languages really fast just like her mother, Isha. She can understand Konkani, Punjabi, and Marathi and can speak, English, Hindi, and Spanish.
