Aamir Khan's daughter, Ira Khan is all set to tie the knot with the man of her dreams, Nupur Shikhare, on January 10, 2024. The duo is currently in Udaipur and enjoying their pre-wedding festivities along with their loved ones. Ira and Nupur got legally married on January 3, 2024, in Mumbai. However, as the couple's pictures from their sangeet surfaced online, netizens were unhappy with Ira's choice of outfit for the occasion.
Ira and Nupur had their sangeet ceremony on January 9, 2024, and they looked nothing less than a match made in heaven as they arrived at the venue holding each other's hands. For the event, Ira opted for a royal blue-hued lehenga, featuring silver embroidery all over it. She paired it with a matching choli and added an oomph factor with a red-hued hooded cloak. Leaving her tresses in wavy curls, Ira opted for glam makeup, bold red lips, and stunning jewellery, which added stars to her look. Nupur, on the other hand, looked dapper in a brown-hued coat and black pants.

Ira Khan's look for her sangeet raised many eyebrows, as netizens weren't pleased with it. They slammed the star daughter for wearing a hood with her lehenga and called her style statement weird. She was seen donning a golden-hued dhoti teamed with a black embroidered blouse and a captivating dupatta. Leaving her hair open, she accentuated her look with a maang teeka, a heavy necklace, and matching earrings. To complement her simplistic ensemble, Ira wore a black watch and black footwear and looked truly mesmerising. On the other hand, her groom, Nupur complemented her in a blue sherwani paired with brown footwear.
