With the back-to-back festivals in line, especially Diwali around the corner, everyone is clad in their traditional best, all set for a dance night or fun card game session with their friends and family. Though the B-town celebrities have taken the bar of the celebrations a level higher, it is the star-kids and how are they celebrating the festival of lights that interests us more. When it comes to celebrations and parties, the celeb kids aren’t far behind and leave no stones unturned to make us drool over them. To mark Diwali 2018, Soha Ali Khan had wished her fans with a family picture that had her husband, Kunal Kemmu and their little angel, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu in a frame, wherein the mommy-daughter duo had twinned in white outfits. While Soha and Inaaya had looked like a vision in white, Kunal had looked dapper in a turquoise blue coloured kurta. Soha had captioned her Diwali special family portrait as “Happy Diwali love and light to all” followed by a heart emoji.
Now with Diwali 2019 around the corner, Soha Ali Khan gave us a glimpse of the pre-celebrations of her daughter with an important message as the caption. Inaaya Naumi Kemmu looks cute as a button in a pink and white-coloured lehenga, with her hair partially tied with a clip as she looks outside her balcony with her friend. Captioning Inaaya and her little friend’s Diwali look, Soha wrote, “Here s looking to a brighter cleaner happier planet! Have a happy noise-free minimal pollution Diwali @radhika_nihalani.”
In 2018, before Diwali celebrations at home, the most popular and loved cousin duo of the Tinseltown, Taimur Ali Khan and Inaaya Naumi Kemmu had celebrated the festival with their little friends at their playschool. Taimur and Inaaya were accompanied by their mommies, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Soha Ali Khan and they had posed for a picture at the Diwali get-together. In a media interaction at the launch of a clothing store, Saundh in Mumbai, Soha Ali Khan had revealed her daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu’s favourite festival and how she plans on telling her little one, the story of why Diwali is celebrated. Soha had stated, "She (Inaaya) had great fun on Holi and Eid and Raksha Bandhan, when we dressed her in new cloths. On Diwali, I will tell her the story of why we celebrate the festival. During Ganapati festival, too, she was very interested. Now, whenever she sees a Ganapati statue, she says 'Ganapati Bappya Morya'! She will be part of celebrations in the day, we do pooja at home and then we will head out to one of many parties." Revealing how Inaaya Naumi Kemmu will celebrate Diwali this year, Soha Ali Khan had shared, “For her, every day is Diwali. She has fun on all days. This year, she has grown a bit older so, she will be aware about what is happening around her. She takes great interest in festivals, colours and such things. We are going to do a lot of things. We will be busy for the next 10 days. We will be attending some big parties, some small parties, some card parties and some kid's parties, so I will be tired and very over-partied! It's a time for the whole family to come together."
On October 4, 2019, Soha Ali Khan had turned 41 and to make the day more special, her 2-year-old daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu had helped her cut the birthday cake. While Soha and Inaaya could be seen wearing birthday caps as they cut the cake, Kunal Kemmu and Sharmila Tagore had sung the birthday song sitting right beside her. It is usually said that a daughter is her daddy’s little girl but looks like for Kunal Kemmu, it is the other way around, and he doesn’t worry about it! During an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session on Instagram sometime back, Kunal had revealed the same and his reaction to it. In an interaction with his fans through this session on Instagram, when Kunal was asked, “Is Inaaya mommy’s girl?” he had replied, "So far...yes! But mommy is my girl so it all works out fine.”
In July 2019, Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu and Inaaya Naumi Kemmu had jetted off to London for a family vacation and the star couple had consistently treated their fans with lovely sneak peeks from their London diaries. Soha had posted a super-cute picture of Kunal and Inaaya, in which she could be seen with crayons in her hands, as she tries to copy her daddy and learning how to pout.
