Hina's professional journey has been an inspiring one for all of us. After mesmerising all of us with her portrayal of a perfect bahu, Hina had established herself as a fashionista during her stint in Bigg Boss, and had won many awards. Talking about her personal life, just like most of us, Hina also faced a few troubles in telling her parents' about her relationship with her beau, Rocky Jaiswal.
Recently, Hina opened up on her journey over the years in an interview with Humans Of Bombay, wherein she opend up on her parents' first reaction on finding about her beau, Rocky Jaiswal. The actress shared how her parents were not open to the idea of her becoming an actress. Hina said, "I come from an orthodox Kashmiri family where becoming an actor was never an option. My parents were even hesitant to send me to Delhi for college but somehow, I convinced Papa. So, when a friend suggested auditioning for a serial, I said no. Upon insistence, I gave it a go & the casting directors loved me! The next day, I was selected for the lead role! I moved to Bombay without telling my parents I was 20." Hina further shared her journey and how her relatives had cut ties from her parents' just because of her career choice, but her hard work made her family strong, and her parents' accepted the idea of her being an actress. Hina also talked about her parents' reaction when she had told them about her beau, Rocky. She said, "Just when my parents had gotten used to me being an actor, I told them I was seeing Rocky. It came as a shock everybody in our family has had arranged marriages. But I gave them time & now, they love him more than me!"
Hina and Rocky often share snippets of their life on their Instagram handles. When Hina was inside the Bigg Boss 14, Rocky had cheered for his muse. He had shared a sleeping picture of Hina and had warned the other contestants that even while sleeping, a lion is a lion! He had captioned the pictures as "Sher sote hue b, sher hi hota hai".
For Hina Bigg Boss 11 holds a lot of happy moments. It was the same show, wherein Rocky had proposed her. He had gone down on his knees and had said “Humne, aapko pata hai bahut sara waqt saath mein bitaya hai. Maine aapke bina jo waqt dekha hai, usse bura koi waqt nahi ho sakta.
