Known for her brazen personality, Hina Khan gives no second thought in calling out the trolls and she speaks her mind without mincing her words. When Hina had commented on the ongoing Sushant Singh Rajput death case and Rhea Chakraborty, she had expressed her views on the media attention on the same. In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Hina had said, “We are all fighting for the right cause- Justice for Sushant- but it doesn’t have to be this way. Since the last few weeks, all that every channel talk about is the Sushant Singh Rajput’s death investigation. I am not saying don’t talk about it but have a balanced view. In our country, there are so many other important issues that the media needs to focus on including the Assam floods, rising number of Covid-19 patients, domestic violence, rapes etc.” Speaking about the trial of Rhea Chakraborty, Hina had continued, “At least, let the CBI investigate and come to a conclusion. You may damage her career forever with accusations. She might not be able to face anyone.” Hina’s comment on Rhea didn’t go well with some netizens and soon, she had become a target of trolls. But when one of Hina’s fans had requested the actress to refrain from commenting on the issue, she had made her clarification and said she will ‘always stand by the truth’.
Hina Khan’s beau, Rocky Jaiswal too, had come out in support of his ladylove, retweeted her quote and had said that it is not right to hate others without even reading and understanding their side. Rocky had tweeted, “While we want fairness n justice for someone who deserved it n was probably denied. If we hate others without even reading n understanding their side, how are we different?
