Asim Riaz had got down on his one knee for his ladylove, Himanshi Khurana, on national television in Bigg Boss and post the show, the two had started dating. Their fans fondly call them 'Asimanshi'. On one side, their social media PDAs go viral on the internet in no time, but on the other side, their breakup and engagement rumours also make it to the headlines often. On February 20, 2021, Himanshi posted a picture on her IG stories flaunting her new diamond ring. In the picture, we can see a huge heart-shaped sparkling diamond ring from Tiffany & Co. and atop it she wrote, "Uiiiiii". As soon as the picture caught everyone's attention, her fans started speculating if Asim and Himanshi were engaged.
Talking to SpotboyE.com, about the whole facade, Himanshi Khurana said, "Chuda main apni life mein 20 baar pehan chuki hoon. Kyunki 20 baar meri shaadi ho chuki hai onscreen. So all this is part of my life. But I am a ring collector. Logo ko aisa kyun lagta hai ki agar ladki ne ring pehni hai to use vo ladke ne kharidkar di hogi. I really like buying rings for me. Whenever I feel like buying a ring for myself, I buy it. It's my hobby and also an investment for me."
Himanshi had earlier talked to SpotboyE about her marriage plans and had said, "Pehle logon ko hamare relationship pe shaq tha, ab yeh sab bol rahe hain. We're in no hurry. We're right now concentrating on our work and being there for each other. Hamari communities aur religion alag hain. Our families are happy for us, but a relationship needs time." This is not the first time Himanshi and Asim's engagement rumours have hit the headlines. On April 30, 2020, Himanshi had taken to her Instagram stories and had posted a picture of her hands flaunting her incredibly beautiful diamond ring. The ring on Himanshi's finger had created a stir in their fans as they had assumed that the Punjabi actress might have had exchanged the rings with her beau, Asim Riaz.
On June 4, 2020, as well, Himanshi Khurana's IG story had created a wave of her engagement rumour with her beau, Asim Riaz. She had taken to her Instagram stories and shared a picture flaunting a massive rock solid diamond ring placed on her ring finger. The 'Asimanshi' fans had gone crazy over the same, expecting the news of their engagement. However, after a while, Asim had revealed the truth about the ring. He had taken to his Instagram stories and had given a sneak peek of his upcoming song with his girlfriend, Himanshi.
