The famous kiss controversy between Rakhi Sawant and Mika Singh is finally sorted as the Bombay High Court quashed the case filed against Mika in 2006 by Rakhi. The order was passed after Mika’s plea on the ground that the singer and the actress had amicably resolved their issues.
On the other hand, Rakhi Sawant’s counsel also informed the court that Rakhi has no objections to the FIR being quashed. In the plea, the High Court stated that the dispute between Rakhi and Mika had settled as the two had sorted out their differences. In addition, it also mentioned Rakhi’s consent for granting relief to the accused. Talking about the same, Mika’s advocate shared:
“Though chargesheet has been filed against the accused (Singh), charges are yet to be framed. Singh and Sawant have buried the hatchet, have resolved their issued and are friends now.”

It was in 2006 when Rakhi Sawant garnered the limelight after the famous kiss controversy with singer, Mika Singh. For the unversed, Rakhi was invited to Mika's birthday party, wherein the singer forcibly kissed her on camera. After this, Rakhi filed a case of molestation against Mika.
As per the singer, he had told his guests not to smear cake on his face, but Rakhi had done it. So, to teach her a lesson, he kissed her. Later, Mika was arrested on molestation charges and released on bail. After the incident, Mika also released the song 'Eh Bhai Tune Pappi Kyu Li'.
After 16 years of the controversy, Rakhi reunited with Mika on the reality show, Bigg Boss 15. Rakhi was participating in the show, whereas, Mika was called on the show as a guest. The reunion turned into a happy memory as Mika and Rakhi resolved their tiff on national television.

Rakhi Sawant has been through a lot of ups and downs in her life. After a lot of tumultuous relationships, Rakhi got married to her boyfriend, Adil Khan Durrani in January 2023. But her marriage too fell in the shams, and she accused Adil of cheating, mental and physical harassment, and more. After Rakhi’s charges, Adil got arrested and is behind the bars now, whereas the actress is fighting for divorce.
We hope after burying the hatchet, Rakhi and Mika continue their friendship!
