The update was mentioned in a police report and shared by NBC News. The report also included an account of the reaction of the siblings during Hayden Panettiere's final moments and after her death.
Zach was reportedly "very emotional" while emergency medical services professionals were "working on Hayden" and trying to revive her. Her lover, Brian, surprisingly wasn't visibly emotional at that time. He seemed to tear up only after she was declared dead at the scene. The statement further revealed that Brian directed police to a "bag of medication" the late actress was taking in her final days, leading up to her death.
