Now, Kaira Anu opened up about their relationship and made shocking claims involving cheating.

Kaira Anu has entered the show Rise and Fall Season 2. During her introduction on the show, Kaira spoke about her former relationship with Gullu. She shared how their relationship and subsequent breakup had both become the talk of the town. For the uninitiated, Kaira and Gullu were one of the most prominent couples on MTV Splitsvilla X6. Kaira mentioned that she loved Gullu with her whole heart. She added that she felt betrayed and cheated on in the relationship. She said:
"Maine dil khol ke pyaar kiya tha. Mujhe pichhle show mein bahut achhe insaan mile aur hum woh show jeete, par ab woh kahin aur hain, main kahin aur. Mujhe dhokha bhi poore dil se hi mila."
Kaira highlighted that people used to criticise her earlier during the show, Splitsvilla Season 16, and said that she used Gullu to stand out in the game. However, now with Rise and Fall Season 2, she wants to prove those people wrong. Kaira stated that the betrayal from Gullu made her stronger. She also talked about the trust issues that she has developed after her past experiences. She said:
"Trust issues ab bahut zyada hain. I don't know who to trust and who not to. Maybe I do. No, I don't know."
Recently, in an episode of Bigg Boss 20, Gullu was seen asking Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega star a hypothetical question about commitment in a relationship. He asked her that if a boy made it clear to his partner that he does not want commitment and then saw another woman at that time, would it be considered cheating? While Gullu’s tricky question about relationships and cheating was allegedly hypothetical, netizens believe that it had some sort of connection with his past relationship with Kaira.

Kushal Tanwar, popularly known as Gullu, hails from Gurugram, Haryana. According to reports, he earned his B.Sc. in hotel management in 2022 from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (IHMCT), Pune. In 2019, Gullu tried to enter the show Roadies, but his audition didn’t work in his favour back then, and he was rejected. Later, in 2025, his luck favoured him, and Elvish Yadav brought him in as a wildcard contestant. He won the show Roadies XX as Elvish’s wildcard contestant.
Gullu received wider acclaim with the show MTV Splitsvilla. Currently, he is hogging the limelight for his persona inside the Bigg Boss 20 house. In an episode of Salman Khan-hosted show, Gullu revealed that he was married and that his marriage lasted only for four to six months. He also shared his parents’ agony due to his divorce. He admitted that there was no love and that he got married only because of his parents.
