Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan are one of the power couples in Bollywood. They are blessed with three beautiful kids, Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan and AbRam Khan and glimpses of their blissful life often surface on the internet. However, at certain times, many reports and rumours about SRK's affairs with his co-actresses, also hit the headlines. But this has never created troubles in his married life with Gauri, and proof of the same is found in one of her old interviews, which was recently shared by a Reddit user.
A Reddit user posted pictures of Gauri Khan's old interview, which was published in the 1994 Filmfare magazine. In the candid interview, published with the headline, ‘The Pleasure Of His Company’, the celebrity wife spoke at length about the impact various articles based on the dating rumours of her husband, Shah Rukh Khan and other actresses, would have in the married couple's life. Initially, she answered if after reading those articles, the gorgeousness ever felt 'embarrassed'. The doting wife mentioned how Shah Rukh has always been very vocal about his love for her and that her parents were also convinced about the same. In Gauri's words:
“It’s a little difficult to believe that this man doesn’t talk of women and sex, he only talks of his wife. Even my parents are touched that even now when he’s such a big star he still takes care of me so gently, so beautifully. They know he isn’t faking it but others refused to take him seriously when he said he loved me.”

Then, during the interview, which took place two years after she shifted to Mumbai, Gauri shared how a magazine had once written about Shah Rukh's affairs with his Maya Memsaab co-star, Deepa Sahi. To this, although she didn't react at all. However, SRK was extremely upset and couldn't sleep for three nights. Thus, he took a drastic step by marching into the magazine's office and breaking it. Expressing how Shah Rukh could read her as a book, she said:
“A magazine wrote about him and Deepa Sahi being locked in a room together and Shah Rukh marched to their office with a gun and broke heads and tables. I din't react at all, I knew it wasn't true. Deepa is so into her husband (filmmaker Ketan Mehta). I didn’t say a word. But Shah Rukh can read me like a book. He didn’t want me to cry about something which was just someone’s flight of fancy. It really upset him. He couldn’t sleep for three nights.”
In the same interview, Gauri revealed why her actor-husband doesn’t do photo sessions with his co-stars as he finds it a waste of time. Further, narrating another episode of SRK's drastic reaction, Gauri said that once another magazine had written about his affairs with Juhi Chawla. However, she trusted her husband and mentioned how she shares a great bond with many of his co-actresses. She added:
“For that story about him and Juhi (Chawla) having an affair, they used a still from Darr. He went and broke up their office. I’ve learned to take these stories in my stride now. I trust Shah Rukh and share a great relationship with most of his co-stars. We spent 10 happy days in London with Kajol, Tanuja Aunty and Shilpa Shetty. We saw all the plays in town, went shopping. I’d die before I suspected him of having an affair.”

As soon as Gauri's old interview regarding her opinion on the rumours about her husband's affairs in the industry, surfaced on the internet, netizens bared their hearts out. While one netizen called Gauri 'sensible' and 'logical', another mentioned how the celebrity wife could practise everything she preached. However, many also talked about how the rumours hurt the emotions of a couple.
