Bigg Boss 14’s toofani senior, Gauahar Khan’s personal life has been passing at a speed of toofan as for quite some time, the rumours of her wedding are hitting the headlines. The speculations of Gauahar and Zaid dating each other had started in the month of September, when the two had shared a video, dancing on Neha Kakkar's song, Diamond Da Challa. Their chemistry in the video was quite evident and towards the end, Zaid had gone down on his knees and had slided a ring on Gauahar's finger. After months of speculations, it was on November 5, 2020, that Gauahar and Zaid had officially confirmed the reports of their engagement on their respective IG handles. The couple had shared a similar picture confirming their engagement. In the picture, Gauahar and Zaid could be seen lost in each other’s eyes, smiling while being surrounded by balloons. While Gauahar had opted for a floral suit set, Zaid had opted for a mustard coloured shirt. Gauahar could be seen holding a ‘she said yes’ balloon. And in their captions, the two had used ring emoji tagging each other to confirm their relationship.
For the longest time, there were rumours regarding their wedding and now we have got some more details. The two are expected to get married on December 25, 2020. According to a report in Pinkvilla, a source close to Gauahar Khan revealed that the two will get married at ITC Maratha in Mumbai. For their pre-wedding shoot, the couple will be driving to the historical Fort Jadhavgadh Hotel in Pune as Gauahar wanted a royal location for the shoot. The wedding festivities are expected to begin on December 22, 2020. The source further revealed that only family members and close friends will be attending the functions owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.
It was a few days back when Gauahar and Zaid had jetted off to Dubai as the actress’ family lives there. Along with meeting the family, the two are enjoying the holiday and are spending some quality time. Zaid had taken to his IG handle and had shared lovely pictures from their Dubai getaway. Dressed in yellow pants and black top, Gauahar had looked pretty and her fiancé, Zaid had complemented her perfectly by donning an olive-green t-shirt with denims. Post-celebrating Zaid Darbar’s 24th birthday, the couple had headed to Goa for a mini-vacation and Gauaha’s pictures had led to the speculations of their wedding. Gauahar had shared a picture, which had shown a sparkling ring on her finger. Other than this, she had shared a picture, holding a man’s hand with a flower strategically placed on her ring finger, leaving fans wondering about the ring. Gauahar was often spotted wearing the same ring on her ring figure, which had led to the speculations of her engagement with Zaid, back then. However, we are glad that the two have officially accepted their relationship and we hope they come out in open about their wedding rumours too.
Gauahar has already made it into the hearts of Zaid Darbar’s parents, Ismail Darbar and Ayesha Darbar. In an interview with ETimes, Ismail Darbar had talked about his son's marriage speculations with his alleged GF, Gauahar. The doting daddy had recalled when Gauahar had come to meet them a few days back and all his family members had liked her. He was quoted as saying, "Gauahar was with us for nearly 4 hours; we had a biryani dinner together. If the vibes are not good, I don't think one can sit for more than 4 minutes with anybody in today's times. My son Zaid has told me that they are serious about each other.
