Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are finally wrapping up with their post-wedding functions with the dhamakedar star-studded reception night at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai. Deepika and Ranveer’s friends from the industry have gathered together at the reception venue to make their last function a blast and a memorable one. But one unofficially official B-town couple’s entry caught everyone’s attention amidst the guests arriving at DeepVeer’s wedding reception. We are talking about lovebirds, who often ‘bump’ into each other, Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar.
Farhan and Shibani walked hand-in-hand at Deepika and Ranveer’s wedding reception. While Shibani looked gorgeous in a green coloured ensemble, Farhan looked dapper in a black coloured suit. Here’s the video of the couple:
Speaking of Farhan and Shibani’s relationship, though they have been tight-lipped about their ‘brimming with love relationship’, the rumours of their dating has been doing the rounds for quite a while now. In September, Shibani posted a loved-up picture of herself, holding someone’s hand, who is showing his back to the camera. While everyone assumed that ‘mystery man’ is Farhan Akhtar, he himself has now shared the same picture with a heart caption, making his relationship finally Insta-official.
Recently on November 15, Farhan shared a picture with Shibani and captioned it, “Look who I bumped into! So great seeing you @shibanidandekar”. And a few days later, Shibani posted another picture from their ‘bumped’ series, and wrote, “oh Hi @faroutakhtar #bumped”. On August 27, 2018, i.e. Shibani’s 38th birthday, the doting boyfriend made sure to make it special for her. Sharing an Insta story of Shibani relishing a yummylicious dessert, Farhan wrote, “Happy birthday Shibani Dandekar" backed up by kiss emojis, atop the picture. Shibani shared the same on her Insta story, and wrote, “Thank you @faroutakhtar”.
Farhan and Shibani met each other for the first time on the sets of a TV show, I Can Do That in the year 2015. And as per the reports, they have been dating each other for six months now. Recently, the lovebirds were enjoying their love for travel on a trek in Vancouver. In one of the pictures shared by Farhan of weary Shibani, as his Instagram story and wrote, “Damn you @faroutakhtar” atop it. Take a look here:
In an interaction with Mid-Day, Shibani opened up about her relationship with Farhan and said that she doesn’t have to make any official announcement about her relationship. Shibani remarked, “I am not secretive, but I don't feel the need to say things out loud. I don't need to make an announcement about who I'm dating. It's up to me to decide when and what I want to share about my personal life and it is up to the audience to decide how they look at it.
