Good news is raining in 2018 and one of the happy news that came just recently was that from ace tennis player, Sania Mirza. For the ones who have been living under the rocks, Sania entered the new beautiful phase of her life as she stepped into motherhood. Sania Mirza walked down the aisle with cricketer, Shoaib Malik in 2010, and the lovebirds welcomed their first baby, a boy, on October 30, 2018. Sania and Shoaib named their little bundle of joy, Izhaan Mirza Malik.
Announcing the good news, Shoaib took to his official Instagram account and wrote, “Excited to announce: Its a boy, and my girl is doing great and keeping strong as usual #Alhumdulilah. Thank you for the wishes and Duas, we are humbled #BabyMirzaMalik”. Also, the ecstatic khala, Sania’s little sister, Anam Mirza too shared the happy news with a picture having a lovely caricature. She captioned the post as, “It’s a boyyyy!!!! Alhamduilllllaaahhhh!!! @mirzasaniar @realshoaibmalik #babymirzamalik 30.10.18”. Many of you might know that Sania and filmmaker Farah Khan make one of the bestest friends and Farah too couldn't contain her excitement. Once Izhaan was born, she also took to her social media handle and shared her happiness. Farah wrote, “My dearest n best friend becomes a mum!! @mirzasaniar I couldn’t b happier lov uuuuu n arriving soon to meet the lil prince." And recently, on November 10, 2018, Farah visited the newbie mom Sania and her newborn baby, Izhaan. Farah took to her Instagram account and shared a lovely snap with Sania wherein both the ladies can be seen super-happy. Sharing that the baby boy looks gorgeous, Farah wrote, “We Always hav each other’s back! Lov u @mirzasaniar the baby is gorgeous n this visit was too short.. will make up 4 it next trip.. bless ul.” Here's the snap she shared:
There is no denying the fact that Sania and Farah share equal level of wittiness and the two can bring the whole house down with their on-point humour. Recalling how they became such thick friends, Farah in an interview with a leading daily once stated, “I wanted Sania as a guest on one of my shows but somehow we were not able to arrive at a common date due to our schedules. So when she came back to India, she came over to my house for a coffee and we chatted about almost everything under the sun and I never felt that I was talking to her for the first time. It is interesting to have a bond with someone who is not from the film fraternity as it broadens the scope of your conversations. Sania in the same interview revealed that one habit of Farah that she wants her to let go off. She remarked, “I think Farah puts a lot of pressure on you when you are getting ready, especially when she is already done with her makeup and all. She wants you to leave right away if she is ready. She doesn’t even let you finish.”
