On February 19, 2024, Esha Deol was spotted by the paps as she made her first public appearance post announcing her divorce from Bharat Takhtani. The actress was seen dressed in a white-hued crop top and a pair of denim jeans. She completed her look with a bucket hat and a luxurious handbag. As Esha got out of her car, she greeted the paps with a big smile. When the paps asked Esha about her whereabouts and if she was doing well, the actress said:

Meanwhile, a report in Times Now revealed Dharmendra's reaction to Esha Deol's decision to end her marriage with Bharat Takhtani. A source close to the Deol family stated that Dharmendra never interfered in his kids' lives and hasn't talked about Esha to anyone, even in his family. The veteran actor doesn't want Esha to give another thought to her decision. The source also shared that no one in the Deol family is shocked about Bharat and Esha's separation as it didn't happen overnight, and it had been a work in progress.
