Be it Arin Rayn, Misha Kapoor, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu, Taimur Ali Khan, Viaan Raj Kundra, Virajveer Khurrana, Varushka Khurrana or Laksshya Kapoor, during the lockdown, the celebs kids had left no chance to impress us with their creativity. The celeb parents had made sure that during the ‘unplanned break’ from school, their kids unleash the artists in themselves and explore different things during the lockdown. While the star parents have been flaunting their little ones’ artworks on social media with pride, Esha Deol Takhtani too, joins the brigade of being a proud mommy. Esha Deol Takhtani was last seen in the film, Kill Them Young in 2015 and a short film, Cakewalk post her daughter, Radhya Takhtani’s birth, but she had actively stopped taking up film projects. Though we miss Esha on-screen, we love seeing her fulfilling her mommy duties and acing the role of a mother. Esha is not only perfectly managing her professional commitments and family life, but has also ventured into writing and had published her debut book, Amma Mia as an author. Sometime back, there were reports that Esha might make her television debut with the show, Jag Janani Maa Vaishno Devi but her team had later clarified the same to be untrue.
Esha Deol Takhtani is making the most of her motherhood phase with her two daughters, Radhya Takhtani, who will soon turn 3-year-old and Miraya Takhtani, who had turned one in June 2020. The lockdown has given the Takhtani-Deol family to spend quality time with each other and the little ones to explore their different hobbies. Esha took to her IG stories to give a glimpse of the artwork done by her little girls, Radhya and Miraya. And we just loved how amazingly the little ones had showcased their artistic side.
On June 10, 2020, Esha Deol Takhtani and Bharat Takhtani’s little girl, Miraya Takhtani had turned one and while we were waiting for the star parents to give a glimpse of how they had celebrated their daughter’s first birthday, it was only a day later that the star mommy had posted a sneak peek via her IG story. Esha had posted a picture of the unicorn-themed first birthday cake for Miraya and it had looked sumptuous! With clouds, stars, rainbow and a unicorn, Miraya's first birthday cake had 'Miu turns One' written on it. It was on October 20, 2019, when Radhya Takhtani had turned two, Esha Deol Takhtani and Bharat Takhtani had introduced their then-five-month-old baby girl, Miraya Takhtani to the world, and we were astounded by the uncanny resemblance of the two angels of the Deol-Takhtani family. Esha had posted a family picture on her Instagram and had written, “Radhya’s birthday party a big thank you to all my friends & family for spending this special day with us! And thank you to everyone for the loving birthday wishes & blessings for our baby Radhya! @bharattakhtani3 #radhyatakhtani #mirayatakhtani.”
When Esha Deol Takhtani was pregnant with her second daughter, Miraya Takhtani, she had penned her experiences as a mother and had ventured into a new profession i.e., an author. Esha’s debut book, Amma Mia was published a few months after the birth of Miraya and she had received a wonderful response from the critics and readers. Following the trend on Instagram, Esha had introduced an Amma Mia filter on the photo and video sharing platform. Not only did she introduce the filter but when tried the same, she got a response on “What type of Mom are you?” to be “Strong”. Esha had agreed with the answer and we too feel, Esha is an exemplar of a strong working mom!
Esha Deol Takhtani is leaving no stone unturned to set a fine example for her daughters, Radhya Takhtani and Miraya Takhtani and become an inspiration for them. Be it on the personal or professional front, Esha is being an exemplar of women empowerment for her little girls. On September 4, 2020, Esha had virtually attended ISEY 2020 and had spoken about how she wishes to raise her little angels. Esha was quoted as saying, “I wish to raise my two girls as strong women who uphold their dignity and self-esteem.” Emphasising on the role of grandparents in a child’s life, Esha had remarked, “Grandparents are angels in a child’s life.” (Also Read: Esha Deol Posts An Unseen Video From Her 'Vidaai' And Reveals Those Moments Make Her Cry Even Today)
