The Cinemaholic report stated that Enola Holmes 4 will have a completely new mystery. The report also mentioned that the possible plotline of Enola Holmes 4 might have some connection with the ending of Enola Holmes 3.

In Enola Holmes 3, a sunken ship connected to 'Tewkesbury's' family is discovered. The next part might explore what really happened on that ship and what happened to 'Tewkesbury's' father. Since in the ending of Enola Holmes 3, 'Enola' and 'Tewkesbury' get married, the next movie might show them starting their married life. Perhaps, Enola Holmes 4 might show the newlyweds going on their honeymoon and end up getting embroiled in a mystery.
