Eminem's Ex-Wife Kim Scott Bit A Police Officer After Her Suicide Attempt, Was Arrested For Assault

For those unaware, she sparked a wave of concern among her fans after undergoing a medical emergency. While initial reports did not reveal what had exactly happened to her, it was later disclosed that Kim had tried to take her own life.
Kim Scott allegedly bit a cop who visited her house after an emergency call
As per photos and videos obtained by TMZ, Kim Scott was seen being removed from her home in Michigan on a gurney. The first responders had been called to her house on the evening of July 11, 2026. The paramedics could be seen wheeling Kim out and loading her into the back of an ambulance.
A report by Chesterfield Fire/EMS claimed that the emergency call was made at 8 pm for a person who was “Unconscious/Fainting.” The report further listed the particular incident as a hemorrhage or laceration, noting that the EMS workers had been dispatched to the scene to respond to the medical emergency with officers from the Chesterfield police department.
Only later was it revealed that the officers had been dispatched after the call claimed that Kim was attempting to kill herself. When the officers reached her home to stop her suicide attempt, they found her in the basement. As per a police report, Kim screamed at the cops to “get the fuck out of my house.”
The officers claimed that Kim appeared to be "irate and combative.” She also was not wearing any proper clothes and only had a bra and underwear on. When the cops tried to put her in handcuffs, Kim not only resisted but also ended up biting an officer's forearm.
To get Kim to stop, the officers had to then use a taser on her, as per the report. They revealed that Kim was bleeding from her arm. Additionally, an officer said that Kim had kicked him backwards in the left shin when she was being escorted out of the room.
According to reports, the officer was taken to the hospital because of the bite and also for having Kim’s blood on him. Meanwhile, Kim ended up being arrested for assaulting a police officer and resisting him.

For those unaware, this is not Kim’s first attempt at self-harm, as she had been struggling with depression for a while. Taking note of the same, a social media user commented, “Really hoping that that's not what’s happening here again. The girls are trying to move forward with their lives. She has two grandkids and is still a total mess. Hurts my heart, honestly. I kinda just wish that they would leave her the fuck alone.”
Another wrote, “Hoping this is just a scary moment, and Kim’s okay. Seeing someone get rushed out on a gurney always hits hard, especially when it’s out of nowhere. Sending good thoughts her way and to anyone who loves her. Health stuff like this is never easy to watch.”
Previously, Kim had confessed to taking prescription pills along with five bottles of Malibu rum. Following this, she drove her car in another suicide attempt. Speaking about that time, Kim was quoted as saying:
"I sat at the end of a road where I knew that no one else but myself would get hurt. Yes, I drank, I took pills, and I hit the gas and aimed for a pole. I never expected to make it out of that alive. I apologised immensely. I did not even expect to make it through that, and I told [police] that I tried to do this on purpose."
