According to photos and videos obtained by TMZ, Eminem's ex-wife, Kim Scott, had to be removed from her home in Michigan on a gurney by paramedics. Reportedly, first responders arrived at her house in Chesterfield on the evening of July 11, 2026, after they received an emergency call. They could be seen wheeling her out and loading her into the back of an ambulance.
As per a report by Chesterfield Fire/EMS, the initial call was made at 8 pm for a person who was “Unconscious/Fainting.” The report listed the incident as a haemorrhage or laceration, additionally stating that EMS workers had responded to the medical emergency along with the Chesterfield police department.
After being loaded into the ambulance, Kim was quickly taken to McLaren Macomb Hospital so that she could receive appropriate treatment. At present, the condition of Kim’s health remains unclear, with the Chesterfield PD only confirming that their officers had responded to Kim’s home.

Reacting to Kim’s photos and videos, a concerned fan took to social media and wrote, “Hope she’s ok but still can’t believe that’s their house?” Another wrote, “This looks really concerning. Unconscious/fainting calls are never good, and I hope the hospital gets her stable fast. Praying it’s nothing serious, and she’s back home soon. We’ve all worried about people we care about like this.”A third user penned:
“Hoping this is just a scary moment and Kim’s okay. Seeing someone get rushed out on a gurney always hits hard, especially when it’s out of nowhere. Sending good thoughts her way and to anyone who loves her. Health stuff like this is never easy to watch.”
A comment read, “Wishing Kim Scott a full and speedy recovery. Health emergencies are always serious, and hopefully she gets the care she needs.” Another fan wrote, “Man, that footage is tough to see. Hoping Kim pulls through whatever this is and feels better quickly. Thoughts with her family too; these situations are stressful for everyone involved. Wishing her a smooth recovery.”
Meanwhile, a user believed that this could be all an act on Kim’s part, writing, “This is all a ploy to avoid jail time and hope the judge puts her in rehab. Good luck.” For those who do not know, Kim was arrested in May 2026 on suspicion of operating a vehicle in an intoxicated state. At the time, authorities revealed that she had crashed into a parked car in Chesterfield.
A clip of Kim and the cops' interaction after the incident showed her explaining to them that she had turned a corner and was blinded by the lights of a truck. This is what led her to crash into another vehicle. When the officer asked her if she had anything to drink, she admitted to having a drink earlier that evening while she grabbed her license and registration. After she went through the standard field sobriety tests, the officers put handcuffs on her. At this point, Kim teared up and turned away from the camera.
Following the arrest, a judge issued temporary bench warrants in June 2026 after she failed to appear for court hearings. The warrants were later cleared.
