Elvish Yadav is one of the most popular YouTubers in India known for his roasting and funny videos. Apart from this, he also enjoys a huge fandom on his IG handle. Moreover, the social media freak garnered stardom when he became the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2. Currently, he is in Bangkok for his upcoming music video shoot. However, his ex-girlfriend, Kirti Mehra opened up about the hate she has been receiving because of him.
In an interview with the ETimes, Elvish Yadav’s ex-girlfriend, Kirti Mehra revealed she has been receiving hate and trolling after they announced their breakup. Further, she talked about her struggle to make a firm foot online and constant hard work since 2016 to carve a niche for herself. However, she mentioned that although she asked Elvish not to talk about his relationships on-screen, he didn't listen to her. Due to this, Kirti has been facing the consequences. Kirti said:
“I’ve been working very hard in 2016 and my followers are increasing since then. It’s still increasing. I had asked Elvish not to talk good or bad about any girl linked to him as whoever he talks about, it will indirectly come on me. I didn’t make any video about Elvish or did any such thing to grab the attention. It was he who talked about a particular girl inside the house and people thought it was me.”

In the same conversation, Kriti mentioned that people are crediting the secret behind her success to Elvish. However, it is only her determination and hard work that is getting paid on social media platforms. Revealing how she received a mixed reaction on the internet, Kirti added:
“People are saying that I’m growing and gaining followers because of Elvish. But I myself have been working very hard in my life. I didn’t do anything related to Elvish to gain followers. It was he himself who did it all and now I’m facing consequences. If I had to gain his followers, I wouldn’t have asked him not to speak about me in the house.”

Elvish Yadav and Kirti Mehra being avid social media users, once made good content together, and their fans also adored them. However, just when their fans started teasing them with the prospect of marriage, the ex-couple announced their separation. Soon after their breakup, Elvish and Kirti moved on in their lives without revealing the reason. And just a while back, rumours started surfacing that Elvish cheated on Kirti, which led to their breakup. For the same, Elvish also got a lot of hate on social media until when Kirti stepped up against it. In an interview with a leading news portal, she clarified that Elvish never cheated on her. Rubbishing all the reports suggesting his infidelity, she mentioned that they parted ways due to some irreconcilable issues.
